Gonna run this too, however I'm gonna add a twist.
So general rules for the draft:
At the start of the game each spec will draft players (taking turns to pick a player), you gain points based on when you're player gets eliminated.
When we begin the Jury phase you will then do another draft (the order of players will be determined by current points) in this draft you will only get 1 player each and this player will gain you additional points

Either way somebody gets undrafted.

So that is 7, it's probably better to have 2 drafts of 4 people though, since by the time this happens we'll likely know who first boot is.

it's nice to have choices and like, there are definitely a few easy boots in this cast that no one is going to want

Okay so we'll do 4x4 and I think it'll be interesting if we split it of Mods/Reviewer and Specs
As well as an individual game we shall do it in teams too, which pool will overall do better.

If you haven't drafted before then it's simple, person at top of the list picks a player for their team, then second person, then third and then the fourth person picks 2 players, we then go back up the list so person 3 picks someone, then person 2 and then back to person 1 who picks 2 players and finally back down the list.
When we get to the mid-game bonus picks it will be just 1 big pool as there'll be more players than people picking

Yeah I almost picked up Scruff at the turn and couldn't believe he made it to the last pick.

Damn these drafts are incredibly dissonant. The only people to go in the same round in both are Rust, Jake and Lennie. Though not unexpected, mods tend to know a lot more than us.

And with penelope going at 5, and lucy winning immunity here. I've clinched the Spec Draft and a while ago Joss had clinched the mod draft. Also what's interesting is how the only first round pick to make it this far was Rust. And of the people who made up the top 7 (sans rust) the earliest pick is the end of the second round and Leon went undrafted in the mod draft. Does come to show that first impressions (and even mod knowledge) can be very deceiving.
