Welp, can't say I'm surprised but yeah, this still sucked.  There's a lot for me to try and unpack here as it applies to my future as a LSG player on this forum, but I'll save this for the mods - the rest of y'all will have to wait until post-game.

It was fun though, thanks for everything mods.  Hopefully the rest of the game continues to go well :)

Well that round was kind of garbage, and ended with Chan self-voting after pushing votes against literally every single person except for his two tribe-mates.  But hey, he self-voted, so I guess I can pretend that he was the one voting for Kate to all of the people I didn't already tell about it (read: Poirot and Cheddar)?

Please win this challenge though.  Another tribal council right after this one would be very Not Good, especially since it likely won't start until late, and I'll get one single PM to each person tonight, another single PM to each person tomorrow morning, and then nothing else until 2.5 hours before deadline.

Got a vote there, which is a little bit feelsbadman, but at least we made it to the swap.  Sucks that Scruff and Jake are both on the other side, but here's hoping that at least one of:

1) We got the easy boot from the 12th that they hadn't managed to get rid of
2) Leon's inactivity gets people upset at him
3) We just win every challenge and never to go TC

Yeah, getting a couple days' break from tribal council definitely feels good. And the ego/morale boost of getting an idol hasn't faded away yet, though I get the feeling that these two facts are related!

Definitely a weird feeling getting out of that Tribal Council compared to the ones I've gone through in past games.  The very first Tribal Council of the game is always hot garbage - and I've been to at least a few of them - but this game I have a sense of "god damn am I going to have to go through this another 17-18 times?" that I can't say I've ever had before.

This was a very, very quiet Tribal for whatever reason.  I had some sort of PM from everybody when I got out of work at 6pm or so, but between then and deadline the only two people I heard from were Ace and Lennie - despite Scruffs and Jake both being online at different times.  And Lennie was getting very brief and really only throwing one-liners at me.  I really need things to pick up tonight/tomorrow if I'm gonna want to get anywhere without having to pray for a tribe swap soon.

Or maybe I'm just internalizing Heiji's comment.
