Herein this thread, you will find my various schemings and updates for the merge. Maybe this ends up only being like three posts long, or I end up organising jury argument thoughts in here. Either way, may we all enjoy this ride together.

I think the first thing for me to do is work out the power rankings in this game. And then a bit of a who likes and dislikes who. After that I can piece together alliances and start looking for the secret alliances to weasel my way in to. It's unlikely to be easy, but while I have a final 2 agreement with Poirot, I need to get rid of the connotations that we are tight as all hell.

This merge is incredibly weird in so far as the core three people of the game at this moment in time are all connected and all tangentally connected to most people in the game.

The core three being Jake/Poirot/Lennie

Firstly than you, I'll be needing that but best to keep it happen.

Secondly, oh my lord this was the correct TC to not be a part of. So I was not present as we all know. I pieced together things later and now I have full rundowns from multiple people and I am now aware of total situation I think. I still need to parse it all and make my own timeline, but I think not going near it with a 10 foot pole worked in my favour.

So I gather by now you all know the processes behind what happened in the two votes, especially considering that Scruff was incredibly public.

This vote however is going to be another weird kettle of fish. I believe it's going to be Penny v Jake.

My road to victory I think looks something like.

I need to do some thinking here.

Ok so, Rust is scared of Lennie/Penny/Jake and is unlikely to work with any of them.
Leon has said he is fully in with us.
Lennie will see value in that until Penny is gone.
Penny 100% never wants to work with Jake again.
Lucifer is aware of Jake's push for him over Grouch but he does feel very betrayed.

Ugh, I see so much going wrong for us at the next TC.

Rust is 100% not on the table. I think strength-wise Leon is someone we need to keep around, those two are my completely off the tables.

Numbers for final 7, Us/Rust/Penny would all vote for Lennie if we remove Jake.
If we remove Penny we can't safely go for Lennie. We would need one of Jake/Leon/Lucifer which is dicey but we would have Rust.
We would have Penny/Rust/Us for Lennie this round which is only half, but potentially bring in Lucifer? I think that is too risky.
If we vote Lucifer, we can still remove Lennie next round with Us/Rust/Penny.

I think we have to go Jake or Lucifer here. I think. But that's my thought processes at the moment.

And I have actively worked to sabotage my alliance's preferred elimination a couple of times now. eg, they didn't want Jake. And I muddied a lot with the Scruff TC as well. But yeah I actively forced the Jake vote last round and now I am trying again to ruin the vote which is on Penny.

Basically, I can pocket Penny and Rust and I feel like I have already pocketed Lucifer.

Problem is that Poirot is the one that benefits if I do what he wants not me.

I think ideally, the path to winning involves a finale with Poirot/Lucifer and less so Rust. Rust has a pretty decent narrative, and would flaunt it well and try to explain he used me to get there. I think Rust is the only player not on my kill list that can potentially beat me in finale.

Final 6 is Leon/Penny/Poirot/Rust/Lucifer/Myself

Leon's pref final 3 is Leon/Rust/Judy
Poirot's pref final 3 is Poirot/Lucifer/Judy
Penny is never making final 3.
Lucifer's pref final 3 is Lucifer/Rust/? maybe me
Rust's pref final 3 is Rust/Lucifer/Poirot

Given this, the ideal final four is probably Myself/Poirot/Leon/Lucifer, but that is damn fkn dicey.

I can maybe live final 5 without immunity and without Penny.

Ok so I promised Penny we needed each other in final 5. I think that still helps, but I not 100% dead in the water even if Penny were to win immunity there, it would be rough as all hell though. I'd probably need to remove Poirot which would suck.

If I remove Penny in final 6. Then final five is Myself/Poirot/Rust/Leon/Lucifer That seems pretty damn solid now that Leon is on side.

Like I don't necessarily need to win Immunity. If I have Lucifer and Leon in my corner both going hey get rid of Poirot then I think I have to and I go to final 4 with Rust/Leon/Lucifer I think my best bet there is to win immunity and force it to be Rust. What can they do about it?

Oh man, the dream could be a reality.
