Will have to look at it a bit more to really break it down but first thing I see is you used Diabetes (D - Round 21) for Leon instead of round 11.

Actually rounds 11 and 12 for Leon are:

(11 letters) Iconography

This means Hopps took round 11 with (9) Tradition and won immunity.
