So, Coco has been playing an unreal game, but I knew this all along. I have believed she and I were #1 until the end since the first day of Crystal Empire. Soarin and I have been plotting to get rid of her at 5 for like three rounds now. Ideally using the parasprites that Rarity allegedly forgot to play this round, but who the hell knows if that's true?

I think I played a pretty darn good game of positioning myself behind other ponies, except that I accidentally became more threatening than Soarin I think. I dunno if I'd still be leaving if he hadn't won immunity, shrug.

I don't know what the hell Rarity was doing at this vote. She came to me and said she wanted to help me because of Chrys, and convinced me to target Pear instead of Granny, and then voted me out for some reason. No idea what the point of all that was.

As for why I'm out here, I don't really know. It might have something to do with Gummy, but it seems more likely to me that that's just an excuse.

). You were really great to talk to and I'm still wondering where things would've gone if FlimFlam had survived that first round.

Derpy told me that Soarin told him he knew where the idol was, which made Derpy think you had it since you were the only person likely to tell Soarin about it. I kinda became singleminded about it after we sent Derpy home because I knew if you did have it and we didn't play around it, I'd be the one going home as a result

Fat lot of good that did me though

I want to know everything because there was so much happening behind everypony's backs in this game - it feels like we're getting a bit more of the story with everypony who gets sent here. But, if I have to ask about specifics, I guess what I'd most want to know is what strong alliances you had and specifically whether you were close to Granny/Coco throughout the merge or not?

Granny/Coco/Soarin/me have been my core alliance for a while, although I didn't have a close relationship with Granny outside it and would have taken Chrys over her any day of the week. Coco told us all she had the idol at the time said alliance formed. I didn't leak the alliance or the idol until I started hinting it to Chrysalis not long before she left. Learning that Rainbow/Rarity/Coco/Granny was an alliance that existed while each of those pairs also allied with me and Soarin wore on my trust of all four of you.

Coco and I have been feeding each other info and downplaying our relationship all game, I don't think even Soarin suspected I was especially close with her down to the very end (fucking oops). And I was trying to have a good number of ponies see me as a side piece they'd mildly prefer to keep.

i'm probably a fool for all of it, but i believed up to around when you left that she might even play it on me
i could never tell where i stood with you, sometimes you treated me like a close ally and other times you lied to me about trivial shit or just overall didn't talk about strategy with me for long periods- this was the foundation for my desire to vote you off golden oak (but it should be noted that i also argued against throwing because i didn't want to have to do this)

rainbow: i actually did like you a ton and want to work with you, flim dying and me going too hard on protecting soarin at the tc after that and accidentally becoming a pair with him made it not work but you seem super fun to ride with

From what point did you stop trusting me or not wanting to work with me?
If we had thrown the challenge and gone to tribal in that tribe of 5, who would've gone home?
Did you ever tell Coco about the vote that was being made against her?

Also what you've said now makes complete sense with things on why Coco wouldn't help me at all on my vote where I went home.

I'm not sure how you got to that conclusion, but that wasn't what happened at all, nor my opinion on Coco. And I never did stop talking to Coco, she and Granny stopped talking to me, and after 3-5 unresponded to messages from me, I gave up spamming them every round.

Coco told me straight up that she has no loyalty to allies, that she plays the game by manipulating ponies and lying and making promises she never intends to keep. Dunno how it hasn't fucked her over big time yet, and personally, I should've realized that all awhile ago with my talks to Thorax before he went, but I didn't. Maybe if we had taken Coco out then, this game would've been a lot better.

I never stopped talking to anypony despite how much everypony seems to love saying I did. They all stopped talking to me, and that's a big difference, and I'm still rather salty over the fact that nopony seems to understand or believe that.

Nothing personal at all, but immediately. During Tc1 I posted in confessional that if sunburst really had an idol youd eat it and that was ok with me I dunno why but I just got a sketchy vibe from you from the start

Haha it's all cool, I dunno why but I never quite feel like I fully clicked with you, like those original pairs I feel like I clicked with Queen and Derpy but not so much you and Daddy but yeah I felt my trust in you starting to slip in that last tribe, like when Derpy suggested throwing and you wasn't for it so I knew it was going downhill there

Lol I was so scared you'd flip on us, I was so on the line about the throwing because I wanted to protect people like Queen, part of me now wonders what would happen now if we were able to throw it and Lede got through to the merge rather than Derpy, I feel like I still would've idol'd out Flim like I knew Flim was gunning for me hard so using the idol to get him out was my best move at that point and from there I might've had more options

I got lots of questions for Coco lol, like I spent that tribal doing everything to try to convince her that she was on the chopping block to go and throughout the whole thing I was made to feel like she didn't believe me at all

It probably contributed that at the start of the game my pretending to be a sheep with no opinions was at maximum, all I ever did in those early alliances was agree with everypony

I did less of that as the game went on but had already cemented myself as a follower to carousel

So I went home thinking Granny was a huge social threat. I don't know how much of that was actually just the fact that she was talking a lot to me specifically? She had a hell of a social performance in the premerge getting herself into a position where Pear and I voted Lede over her, but a lot of it since then has been words rather than moves, I think. She's been on the right side of every vote, which is something? But not really making the calls.

Specifically, she was always talking about options with me in a pretty serious way that made me feel like I could talk about unconventional moves with her and potentially pull stuff off if I ever wanted to. When I heard that she was close to you and Soarin too, it made me view her as a pretty huge threat because I assumed she'd be the same way with you two, and she'd been treating you guys like the (current) enemy in conversations with me. But given what you've said, I think I might have been attributing things to her that Coco was actually doing.

I think my game was going great until that last tribe, like I was making loads of great connections but I kept losing everypony who I was close to from swaps which really sucked and I think that lead to the bad idea of also wanting to throw that challenge

And then come merge I think I got a bit overwhelmed with the number of players and didn't really communicate and make as many bonds as I could've

In terms of Jury stuff
Hmm idk what Granny has done, for some reason I had in my head that she was a social threat but idk, she apparently wanted to save me that vote but couldn't so that's either an attempt at jury management or she doesn't actually have that much sway as she let off
A big move for her would be to take out Coco, I'm hearing that Coco is a threat which I can see

I'm also pairing a lot of players, idk if other ponies have been seeing things like this but like I've seen it as being
Queen/Me
Granny/Coco
DJ/Soarin
Rainbow/Rarity

The only player who I haven't really associated in a pair still in the game is Pear (irony that Pear isn't in a pair xD)

Do you guys also agree on that? Like I didn't see it coming when Rarity flipped on Rainbow

But yeah with the pairs in mind, the question now to ask is who is controlling each pair?

Considering she and I only officially met at merge, Granny kind of did an amazing job of talking to me and being fairly honest about where she was voting every TC. She really had a really good social game, but did it in a way that felt very genuine. Also, out of Coco/Pear/her, she is the only one who dropped the pretense of voting with me to have an actual respectful and nice conversation before I left. Whether it was purely jury management reasons or not, she is the only one of them who even bothered to do so. And she knew I was voting for her, and she still was very graceful and kind and genuinely nice and respectful about the whole thing. Whether she's actually pulled moves or not, I think she's done an incredible job of positioning herself socially and not taking the blame for things happening or not happening.

I'm fairly sure Rarity did flip on me albeit not by voting for me. She almost certainly knew I was going and didn't mention it to me at all, and she didn't tell me she'd used the Ring that round when she knew she was a vital part of the vote split. She had no problem with me going home (kinda understand that though given what had happened the previous round).

I thought Pear was somepony everypony saw as a goat but I wasn't 100% sure on that especially after he was left out of the vote on me. If that is the case though, I would not be surprised if he's voted out here just because he gets taken by anypony who wins FIC.
He did have good reason to just stay the path - he had that solid 5 with me/Rarity/him/Granny/Coco and the Granny/Coco/him 3 inside that, so he had a solid route to get to the end by just keeping the status quo - but I don't know if that's still the situation. The fact that Rarity wanted to shift your votes onto him makes me think she's not particularly close to him here.

It's also weird that she didn't use any of her items to really try to do anything, if she makes it to the end that'll be one of my jury questions to her, why didn't she use any of her items to shake up the game a bit and take out a threat
