Fairly sure Mrs Harshwhinny aka pablito wins, GG everypony! This was a really fun exercise

Rainbow/Rarity/Pear joining up with Starlight/Queen/Pinkie is something I thought had a good chance of happening at 11, and in retrospect that would have been a great endgame for her. A final three with two of Queen/Starlight/Pinkie would have been great for her, and I don’t think her chances of reaching the end are made much more difficult by going with that group.

I was actually very surprised that you hadn't heard your name being brought up before I told you. Actually I don't think you can make it here without being allowed here by other people, so that's one thing I'd like to say. The way the alliances around me formed, were usually because of how I played the game, I think. My Alliance of three with FlimFlam and Lede, my Alliance of three with Granny and Coco. Me faking not feeling close to any apples was how I formed a new Alliance with Rarity and Dash. That Alliance absorbed the one with Lede and FlimFlam and later the one with Coco and Granny. I think me positioning myself within alliances is what got me to the end. That was something I did. I didn't win immunity after the F7, so I don't think it's because of immunity that I got to the end at all.

I've been loyal to my alliances, so I think I can safely say that those relationships mattered to me. I'm looking forward to picking up those conversations after this game is over, too!

DJ’s speech was a little harsh, but this is one of the least antagonistic juries I’ve seen on MS and I lean toward allowing people to air their grievances as long as no personal attacks are being made. I think it’s clear that DJ and Soarin’s gripes start and end with what happened in the game.

I definitely sympathize with Rarity’s situation here though. This seems like a clear case of her just not understanding what the jury wants. In the case of DJ and Soarin, I don’t know if it was possible to win those votes.

But I also don’t think the setup of FTC threads is likely to change more than one vote at the most. It’s more about whether the jurors and finalists enjoy it. In my next game I might put a question on the application asking how they prefer FTC to be structured and only take into account the opinions of people who make jury/finalists. Absolve responsibility!

Rarity's speech reads much more like a sparknotes of what happened in the game than an argument for why Rarity should win the game

I agree, Suri. I'm not sure if this jury would respect Pear or if Granny would get the credit, but they should respect him. His game would remind me a lot of Wolverine's from Conclave: seen as a goat the whole game until coming out of nowhere to take out the power player at 5. And Wolverine came very close to winning (hopefully this reference isn't too old)

But Coco has immunity and can no longer be voted out so all this is moot, lol.

Honestly I can’t see much difference between the games of Coco, DJ, Granny, and Soarin. I guess you could say Soarin lived more dangerously and Coco initiated that alliance but it was already coming together and Coco just formalized it. Coco found some idols but so far none of them have needed an idol and the idols haven’t been relevant. Oh, DJ and Soarin got left out of the Derpy vote.

It’s really splitting hairs for now though. Jurors really have little to go on other than who they liked the most. Maybe some of them won’t want to take those chances and will shake things up some.

When I gave Rarity that boost, it's because I was expecting her to have a strong chance of sitting next to Coco at the end, and a small chance of winning if she played an active part in the last few rounds. This round didn't make me super optimistic about those chances now! Soarin making it to the end is the least likely of anypony right now, and Grand Pear winning at the end is even less likely, even though I'm sure he'll be there. Queen and Rarity could easily be rising more in the future if threats keep going out, but even then the final four firemaking twist makes it tough to ensure an F3 of Pear/Queen/Rarity, which I see as the only scenario where any of those three win. If it does happen, Queen and Rarity obviously stand a better chance. I could be wrong, but I think only one of DJ/Soarin/Coco/Granny will be at the end, and I think all the other three people in that group are likely to vote for whichever of them makes it there, and none of them have had poor social games. Unless one of Pear/Queen/Rarity gives a powerful jury speech and the other finalists bomb. DJ is more likely to be taken out as a threat, but I think he's also the person from the threat group that has the best potential of working Queen to her advantage. Granny gets there as a product of the DJ/Coco war and on the good graces of Grand Pear. And right now it's just Coco's game to lose.

Coco/Granny/DJ/Soarin are in such a good spot that they can just split their votes between Derpy and Pear and see what happens. It’s insane!

No offense, but starlight complaining about bad allies is kind of ironic since she wasn't a very good ally herself, leaking information left and right.

Wow! I really thought Pinkie's crew could take control with Rainbow and Rarity but Pinkie even messed that up AFTER she had already gotten a majority of people to vote against Soarin!

I remember rooting for her to make it back into the game and feeling bad nopony would talk to her about the vote. But I think I was choosing to overlook how bad her social game was!

Rainbow and Rarity would be pretty smart to go along with Derpy/Starlight/Queen/Pinkie at this point, although they'd obviously be the biggest threats of that group once it gets down to it. But it's an alliance of 4 goats!!!
