The Iron Pony Competition is this weekend, and only the ponies that can last the longest will have a shot at winning immunity. But individual immunity challenges are boring, so since Friendship Is Magic you will be teaming up with your tribemates!
Only FOUR of you may participate in this challenge. Please select which four are competing based on whatever is the most convenient time for you all to do this challenge together.Here's how it will work.
Each of you will receive a word posted in your confessional. When your tribe is ready to start, one of you will post "#1 [WORD IN CONFESSIONAL]" followed by any other word. The next player will post "#2 [WORD IN CONFESSIONAL]" followed by another word. A third player will post "#3 [WORD IN CONFESSIONAL]" followed by another word. The last player will post "#4 [WORD IN CONFESSIONAL]" followed by another word.
Once all four players have posted their starting words, any player may now post "#1 [A WORD THAT both STARTS WITH THE LAST LETTER OF THE FIRST WORD IN THE PREVIOUS CHAIN #1 ENTRY AND MEANS THE SAME THING AS THE SECOND WORD IN THE PREVIOUS CHAIN #1 ENTRY] followed by a new word. Now somepony can post "#1 [A WORD THAT both STARTS WITH THE LAST LETTER OF THE FIRST WORD IN THE PREVIOUS CHAIN #2 ENTRY AND MEANS THE SAME THING AS THE SECOND WORD IN THE PREVIOUS CHAIN #2 ENTRY] followed by a new word.
This will continue until one of the following things happens to end the challenge:
1) One player posts twice in a row in the thread.
2) One player posts twice in a row in the same word chain.
3) Any player posts a word that does not start with the necessary letter or mean the same thing as the necessary preceding clue.
4) Any player posts a word that has already been used in the challenge.
5) A word chain is extended out of order.
6) More than 60 seconds pass without anypony continuing a chain.
I know this is probably confusing so here is an example of what each individual chain might look like:
Princess Cadance has "Rabbit" in her confessional, so she posts
#1 Rabbit, big
When the challenge reaches Chain #1 again on turn 5, Princess Luna might post
#1 Tremendous, tart
because "tremendous" starts with the last letter of "rabbit" and means the same thing as the word "big". Four turns later on turn 9 Princess Cadance or Celestia can post
#1 Sour, android
since "sour" starts with the last letter of "tremendous" and means the same thing as the word "tart". While all this is going on, there are also Chains #2, #3, and #4 that need to be tended to.
The tribe that can keep this up for the longest will win immunity! Good luck!
