I think I can pocket Vega and work with him in the future even if it's in a capacity where we help each other out.
But he's not messaged me in a couple of days, so him not being here doesn't bode well for him, and if he's not going to be here he's not going to be useful to me.
I sent a message to Vega to talk to Bill specifically, I don't know that he did, though, and I haven't heard from him since tribal. He's someone I'd like to work with but if I have to lose him I have to lose him.
I just don't think Shin is interested in working with me at all for probably the same reasons I'm recalcitrant about working with him (connections to people we don't know).
