For the record: The swap worked like this: Each leader chose a person from their tribe to retain, and one only. After that, Ralph (as the captain of the team with the most 1st place finishes) chose the order of Ralph/Hapi/Lorenz to select team members. We chose in the order of 1,2,3,3,2,1,1,2,3... This meant Ralph and Hapi got their first picks each, but then I got to take 2 in a row! We were allowed to take as many as we wanted from any tribe except our own. The most we were allowed from our original tribes was 2, including ourselves.
We split 2:2:2, and Mercedes was sent to Exile Island. I assume she will return to the tribe that goes to tribal council next, or maybe she gets to choose, who knows. (Mercedes going to Exile island was because she won the last challenge, not because she wasn't picked)
In the end going 3rd meant I got all my first choice players! And the other two tribes were forced to take who was left over. I bet Raph wishes he put himself 3rd now!
I chose Claude, but it was a really hard choice - everyone was so nice. (Sorry Claude
