ZazieR wrote:What's your favorite tv-show?
Currently, How I Met Your Mother, but I don't watch television. I'm too disappointed in the hungarian channels and cable's expensive.
What's the colour of your socks?
Originally, black; they're a dark shade of gray right now.
Neighbour or sibling?
Depends on whether the siblings know of each other. "long lost twin brother" would be a nice role.
Which car would you like to have in the future?
Whichever they give me for free. Anyway, public transport is far superior in the big city, and trains are far superior for travelling between cities.
Favorite...
...female singer?
Hm. Any blues or jazz singer, can't recall a specific name.
...male singer?
Jake Blues of the Blues Brothers to name one. But again, most blues or jazz or rock singers are good.
...movie?
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, hands down.
...actress?
Off the top of my head, I can't think of an actress who blew my mind recently.
...actor?
Heath Ledger rocked my socks off in the Dark Knight.
...alcoholic drink?
Absinthe, if it's properly prepared.
...non-alcoholic drink?
Cream tea.
...ice cream flavor?
Coffee.
...country?
I alternate between Argentina and Russia depending on mood.
Do you know who Daniel Humberto is without Googling?
Nope. Guessing solely from the name I'd venture a spanish immigrant american football quarterback.
Do you know who Joseph Henry Shorthouse is without Googling?
Nope. Again, solely from the name maybe a radical rightwing british politician?
What's the first thing you think when you hear "Mexico"?
Tequila, the good stuff.
What's the thing you associate the most with Mexico?
Chili con carne. Probably my favorite dish. Dunno if it's specifically Mexican or it's just me.
What's the first thing you think when you hear "The Netherlands"?
The very first is kinda obscene. The "Nether"-lands? Seriously.
What's the thing you associate the most with the Netherlands?
Flatness and weed.
What do you think is the best solution to get the mod lists of the mini normal and the open games shorter?
The fastest: ban half the people waiting in line. The best is not for me to judge. But my guess is that there's no solution. I had to wait my turn, as the people before me did. The people after me have no right bitchin'. Seriously, kids these days...
What kind of player can't you stand in a game of mafia?
The Tactical Lurker. Obv.
How did you get the idea of playing the gambit used in NG 653?
You're still hung up on that? Haha :) I dunno, it just came to me. I've wanted to try it out way before that game, and fakeclaiming is always fun, even when you get caught up in it.
What turns you on?
Other than my on-switch, french panties (or alternatively the lack of them).
Who, on the GTKAS queue would you like to see here next week?
The Fonz.

forbiddanlight wrote:why? (why not and because are invalid answers)
Just to be ignored, mainly.
And do you like rope?
I haven't particularly made an attachment to it in general, although I do appreciate the question.
OhGodMyLife wrote:If you were a common mafia role, what role would you be and why?

and I don't mean in a game.
Consigliere in all probability. EDIT: oh yeah, the why. I like telling people what they should do or should've done, but I dislike giving direct orders.

populartajo wrote:Why did you have to fool me?
Wasn't it part of my win condition?
LlamaFluff wrote:Favorite Alignment?
Mafia. I like knowing who's on my side, and I also enjoy messing with the town. Also, fakeclaiming is the best thing ever.
Favorite Role?
I'd always wanted to try Mafia Framer.
Best game as town?
Sci-fi/fantasy Movie Mafia. I never had as much as a vote on me the whole game (until the last day when I was lynched), and I almost got the last scum lynched. Unfortunately, circumstances seemingly confirmed farside, and I was the only other choice. I don't usually play outstandingly in games I
win
as town, though.
Best game as scum?
I'd venture Nice Shot! Mafia. Admittedly, I replaced in at an immediate endgame situation, and all I had to do was mislynch, but the fact that destructor was onto me the minute that day dawned and I managed to shake him long enough to get him lynched is something that I'm proud of.
Vig the gut scum or lurker?
Gut scum. Lurkerlynching/vigging is never really proactive.
Investigate gut scum or no read?
No read. If I have a gut read on someone, there's always an underlying reason to it, I just have to find it.

-------
MafiaSSK wrote:Am I always scum?
No. But I've never seen you as town.

-------
Stef wrote:Do you like me?
Pretty much, yeah. You seem like a nice guy.
Blonds or Brunettes?
Redheads. Is that a choice?
Ass or breasts?
Ass. Although it's a close one.
Tall or short?
Neither, especially. Somewhere reasonable in the height department.
Skinny or chubby?
I prefer them to have some meat, but don't have it wobble.
Younger or older?
Younger, although not much of a preference.
What do you NOT consider a scum-tell but others do?
In general, being defensive or getting emotional are not things I'd call scummy. In context, my opinion may change.
Who is your favorite mod?
Adel. Prozac also made an enjoyable game in Two of Four.
Who is your favorite player?
roflcopter, hands down. BM also.
Who is your least favorite player?
Discounting the chronic lurkers, I don't have one.
Music or movies?
Music.
Books or Movies?
Books, although I generally don't have the time for them nowadays.
What music do you prefer: Jazz, Rock and Electronic?
Jazz, of those three. Rock has its moments. My taste in electronic music is very selective and usually I like those that are a crossover between electronic and rock.
Do you like milk and cookies?
Who doesn't?
Do you smoke? If yes, why?
Yeah. I enjoy it, usually. Plus, when you get down to drinking, it's much more comfortable with a pack of cigs underway.
Do you watch porn?
Sometimes. Mainly because I don't have a girlfriend right now.
Has mafia influenced your real life? If yes, how?
I got a little more analytical. And I can now spot BS miles away.
How old are you?
18.
How would you describe yourself?
Nihilistic/irrelevant.
What do you appreciate most in people?
The ability to not give a shit.
What is the trait you dislike the most in a person?
Fakeness.
Do you like Goulash (Gulyás)?
Not my favorite, but I definitely like it.
Do you think Transilvania actually belongs to Hungary?
Not anymore. It belonged to Hungary before Trianon, but a lot of time has passed since then. I think Transylvania deserves autonomy and the Rumanian authorities need to stop wailing that the Transylvanian Hungarians are trying to go back to Hungary when all they actually want to achieve is some rights as a very significant ethnic minority. I could imagine Transylvania as a seperate country, and if that ever happened, I'd be moving back there.
Pizza or Hamburger or Pasta?
Pizza, if it's the thin Italian-type. Hamburger if it's made by Marika néni. Pasta if I don't have money or any other food.
Beauty or brains?
Brains over beauty, absolutely.

Chekhov.
Poet?
Most of the less pretentious avantgarde, Kudlák, Kassák, Maiakovsky, and the Hungarian symbolist Ady is up there too. József Attila made some awesome stuff, too, but there's just too much shit alongside that. (I'm mostly into Hungarian poetry, if you hadn't guessed)

That's about all you need to know :) Personally, I despise him (Petőfi), because he's a charlatan and a poser and doesn't deserve the treatment he gets, being a "national hero and symbol". For fuckssake, he was a coward and a very low-class politician who rode the wave of revolutions spreading through Europe with mediocre poetic skills and unhealthy ambition, got under Bem's wing and followed him around, and then disappeared in a battle. I don't understand all the hype and hero worship he gets. Also his love poems suck hardcore, they're lukewarm and taste like they were written by a thirteen-year-old emo kid. No passion, no eroticism. He's a worthless poser. [/rant]

Well I've read the Seagull. Other than that, I've only read some his short stories, but I'm really in awe of his style. Plus there's the fact that I've seen so many people on the GTKAS answer "Shakespeare" to that answer that I was starting to get sick of it. Shakespeare was a decent craftsman but all he did was take plot elements from others and mix it together.

I'd venture Chekhov described the Seagull as comedy partly because of the fact that the setup resembles Shakespeare's comedies in the sense of love triangles. My idea is that he was trying to show that there is no resolving these kinds of things in reality, and the only refuge is in acknowledging hopelessness; thus his play is in fact the opposite in message than Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream or the others like it. But these things are for better-versed people than me to discuss. I really need to reread that play sometime.

Meh. I don't really connect to it.
OhGodMyLife wrote:Cat Stevens or Bobby Darin?
I'm not especially familiar with either of them (shame on me), but a cursory search of youtube leads me to say Bobby Darin. I'm more into swing than hippies with acoustic guitars.
R.E.M. or Green Day?
R.E.M. definitely. One is vastly superior to the other, and I just can't stand the pop-punk slush that Green Day play(ed). I hear their more recent album(s) are better, but it's become a rule for me: no Placebo or Green Day. Or Good Charlotte. Or Sum41.
Durum or Doner Kebab?
These aren't bands, right? If you mean the food, kebab. I don't know what you'd do with just wheat.

I meant do you prefer the Durum Kebab (in a wrap) or the standard Doner Kebab. Sorry that I don't remember what the two were called in Hungary, those are just the standard German names for the things.

Oh. I think they're called kebab and kebab on a plate respectively, although I'm not that much into Greek/Turkish flavors. If I eat, I eat Durum Kebab, because they're portable.
