GAME ON

Rules:
(Stolen from Flay - Thanks Flay)

* Votes must be in bold for them to count, like this: V
ote: mith
. Unvotes should also be bolded (
Unvote: Antrax
) so that I can spot them easier, but it's not required.
* A simple majority of votes (1/2 the number of living players plus one, rounded down) will achieve a lynch and end the Day. Unvoting after that point will not save someone's life. If a deadline is imposed, the required number of votes may be lowered.
* Nights will last up to 72 hours, but may be shorter if all night choices are in before the deadline.
* Dead men tell no tales. If you get killed, stop talking until the game is over.
* Do not discuss this game with other players outside of this thread, unless your role PM specifically stated you could do so (as scum, and then only at night).
* Do not directly quote any PMs you receive; I have already posted the roles above, but this holds true for any future messages you receive from me as well.
* If you see something you don't understand,
ASK!
Newbie games are here for people to learn and understand; either I or one of the other players will respond to your question. If it has to do with your role, feel free to PM me directly.
* Treat this game as a commitment; if you're going to be gone for longer than 48 hours (not counting weekends), let us know. I will replace severely inactive players, but your fellow players may choose to lynch you themselves first.
* Any action which would be illegal to actually do is also illegal to fake (for example, posting a made-up PM that shows a Cop result of guilty/innocent).
* Robust cryptography and steganography are not allowed in my games.
* Have fun; participate!

MafiaSSK and VisMaior I believe.

And I'll add a friendly incentive for Waffles to get his ass here.

I don't want to start with a vote, first come some questions.
I checked some other games and saw these said many time:
- OMGUS
- WIFOM
- FoS

I know what the words mean (like Wine In Front Of Me), but I don't know how one of any of those looks like, if someone posts one I would like to know as soon as I see, if it's one of them. It would be good how people can use these to help themself. Hope it's not a problem to answer this, but I don't want to ruin the game because I use these wrong.

OMGUS
- is Person B voting for person A who first voted for person B. For instance, Person A:
Vote:Smiley
Smiley:OMG YOU SUCK
Vote person a
.
WIFOM
- is a confusing mindgame.
FoS
- is not full enough suspicion of someone to vote them but you're still suspicious of them. Let's use Smiley and Person A again: Smiley:-insert scummy post here- Person A:(who is currently voting someone who has lied about their role, OMGUSs at everything and uses WIFOM a lot)That is a really scummy post Smiley.
FoS:Smiley
.
In most game FoS's do nothing at all to the game.
Call me "SSK, or "ssk". Mafia is my father.

that makes sense, as a way of trying to get me to post something more substantial

if i have an idea, then i expect you to unvote...

i don't understand the significance of "two words"

VM, are you the other IV?

i guess as "random vote" is in bold, it counts as a vote?

isn't random voting a scum tactic? a way of voting without giving a reason? :)

Sure:
It is the final four, with two confirmed innocents and two non-confirmed innocents left alive. You are one of the confirmed innocents, and you strongly believe player A to be scum. The other confirmed innocent strongly believes Smiley to be scum. At night, the proven innocent who believed Smiley is a scum, is killed.

* Who should you vote for?
* As scum, should you kill the person accusing you or the person not accusing you?

MafiaSSK has been really helpful answering questions (thanks for that)
but he hasn't asked any, or otherwise contributed

i don't know...
maybe it's usual for ICs not to contribute at the start of the game?

The only person who really stands out to me right now is LightWolf, only reason being that he gave a "random" vote disguised as a real vote. Definintely not enough to convict anyone, but it's certainly a start.

Also, how do you specify who you are quoting?
