Please choose the most "in," and the most "out" one from each series:

1. dense, cretinous, daft
2. vision, hallucination, phantasmagoria
3. knick knacks, trinkets, bric-a-brac
4. picnic, cookout, alfresco meal
5. parlance, phraseology, lingo
6. queer, weird, eccentric
7. fancier, aficionado, connoisseur
8. snigger, chortle, chuckle
9. gimcrack, jerry-built, insubstantial
10. stout, blubbery, roly-poly
Paraphrasing a role PM takes seconds, fabricating a good fakeclaim takes an eternity.

If you were going to die, but had one more mafia game you could play and you could choose any theme you wanted, what would it be and why?

Simply pointing out that if we all pick a question from the list and answer it ourselves, the thread becomes pointless.

To start I'd like to point out that the first part of your request is nonsensical. Something can't be considered "most in" if there is no catagory of objects that it is "in" with. Therefore, the act of prefering on over the other makes the act impossible.

so only the outs,
1) Dense
2) Vision
3) Bric-a-brac
4) Cookout
5) Parlance
6) Queer
7) Fancier
8) [removed]
9) Insubstantial
10) Stout.

I didn't really pay attention. Did I win?

I don't really know. I like the concept of stillness. It seems deep, but doesn't actually mean anything at all. I took latin in highschool. Eh...

Really I just have no clue. It sounded cool.
