Gosh, what a dumb question for me to ask you, Dean. How stupid of me to think that what the game's players think about what is going on could possibly aid the town in any way. You know what? We should all just stop worrying about what everyone else thinks about the game. That will definitely help us catch scum, right?

[/sarcasm]

I know that it may appear that leading a witch-hunt is a good plan at this point, but you know what the problem with a witch-hunt is? The lack of actual witches burned at the stake. I'm not the only issue up for debate here, so if your only opinion at this point is regarding my apparent scumminess for trying to make sure that there wasn't some all important game mechanic that I was unaware of, then you're either not putting enough effort into this game, or you're scum. If you're the former, perhaps you should look at or discuss this.

I dunno. But someone might actually look at the thread.

Was your vote (on me) random?
Well, Sarcastro? Was it random, or not? You never answered the question because you were too busy hunting me down.

I'm not saying that a lot has gone on thus far, because it hasn't. But at least I'm making an effort to look at multiple issues at once, rather than just narrow-mindedly bandwagoning whoever the suspicious flavor of the day is. I've done only one thing that has been perceived as scummy thus far, my "rolefishing" in which I was trying to keep myself from getting blindsided by a potential game mechanic that I wasn't expecting. I've defended my actions, and I don't know what else I can do to make you believe that I'm town. Especially if you're scum, in which case you already know that I'm town.

In that light,
Vote: Dean
.

It's obvious what I thought of the game.

Nothing! There was Nothing going on.

Now how ever you have decided to speak up and deserve a vote.

It was semi-random. It wasn't an entirely serious vote: I just saw Aioqwe's most recent post, which included the annoying (though maybe not especially scummy) phrase "trying to spark discussion".

I still don't like Dean, my affinity to rigel has gone down a bit as well with his last post. It just seems like he's trying to spray suspicion on other people and jump on the second biggest wagon.

79 was a tad useless eh?

I agree that on its face it appears to be fishing. But if this were a true issue of scum fishing for a role, then it just seems clumsy and ham fisted. This fact makes me give pause as to whether or not it is a true scum tell. For me it is something to note as we move forward.

Most role fishing tends to be that. Scum typically just want info, and don't realize how blunt they are being. Hence it being a tell, they aren't actively aware of it.

Hmmm.

3 Wagons so far. Opie has been on all of them. Good catch Spring Lullaby. I'll take that reasoning over random rolefishing all day.

No doubt Rigel is scummy, but other than the person being scum what are the alternatives for fishing and wagoning? Fishing is a sign of curiosity, infi wagoning is a sign of lack of thought. I'm more inclined to believe Rigel was curious than opie doesn't think, if only slightly.

@springlullaby, in Post 68, aioqwe voted for DeanWinchester based on meta reasoning. In Post 69, I was distinguishing my vote from his, because it was not based on meta.

@armlx, first, what did spring lullaby catch and what reasoning did she provide? Second, what are the three band wagons I've been on?

I've had for votes. One for Rigel which was a typical random first vote. One vote for Sarcastro was a bit of a joke for forgetting the game. Another vote for Rigel to get this game moving. And my last vote for DeanWinchester for complying about the lack of activity in the game but failing to provide anything that would help fix that. That was too was to help get this game moving.

So what is your vote for me based on?

Your vote on Sarcastro seems to me like an attempt to push a player in an awkward scenario.

Your second Rigel vote was very wagonny, and you changed your vote as soon as the winds shifted in Deans direction.

At least, thats how I see it.

Yes, my vote for DeanWinchester was "wagon-ny". I voted such to get this game moving along since there continues to be little activity. And my vote for Rigel was Post 64; my vote for Dean Winchester was Post 69. How much wind shifted?

It's time for a
Deadline: March 19.
4 pages? I'm sure you can do better than that.
At a deadline, the person with the most votes is lynched. In case of a tie, the person who got the highest amount of votes first will be lynched.

I'm currently happy with an opie or Rigel lynch. Dean apparently acts this way in his other games too, so its a null tell on him and makes Rigel's attack on him a bit more scummy.

armlx, I'm surprised you are happy with
any
lynch after only four pages of information. I have my suspicions but I'm not ready to lynch anyone at the moment. Especially when we have so little contribution for so many people.

I don't know if its worth a lynch at this point but its definitely worth an fos, so
fos rigel

but also
small fos dean
the whole situation could be distancing but its WAY too early to be wasting too much time looking for that

So, what you're saying is that because Dean acts this way in other games, I'm scummy for attacking him for acting in such a way? When I have never played a game with Dean, nor have I read any games he was involved in, to the best of my knowledge, and would thus have no knowledge of his playing strategy? In what way does that makes sense?
