Would it be less suspicious if, say, I assumed there were two? Like, the two we already have dead in the game?

Highly doubt that scum would play around a voyeur, let alone a global one.

The only way scum would've known Snake for sure was a strongman is if they rolecopped him, and at that point they would know he's a one-shot. Remember that he claimed one-shot strongman D1, then started talking about a second shot D2. Nobody buys a multi-shot strongman in a 13p, so it might have been a case of "just in case it's real" thinking. Not like there tend to be two vigs so a doc is useless for scum, anyway.

True, maybe scum don't have protectives so they didn't believe the vig was strongman.

I was thinking there wasn't a downside to playing around voyeur, but in that case flubber would be vulnerable to tracker. In any case, he may have believed it was worth it to protect his buddy in case eager was multiple-shot and not strongman.

In fairness to your point, scum probably wouldn't play around tracker since Cakez was one. The fakeclaim would still be vulnerable to watcher, though.
