Penguin, Aristo, neither of you are voting. What's the go as far as you see it?
FWIW Alisae I can't really see what's scummy about Penguin. If you've connected some dots though I'd love to see it.
Transcend is a bit of a mystery to me, by which I mean I don't really know how to read him in any game ever. Current strategy is to treat him as though he's town unless he remains suspiciously alive later on.

So Echo finally got someone to vote me after casting doubts my way for the last few days. Oh, and look, as soon as he gets someone to vote me he finally votes me, too. I do think Echo is probably town, but that kind of play is quite terrible. BTD's Transcend push looks scummy. It's like he BTD appears after lurking and the towniest thing he can think to do is vote against a player that few are openly doubting, as a way to show his independent non-opportunistic thought process (yes, I know Karnos voted Transcend first).
I still think Karnos is the appropriate lynch. Notice how hard the game moved against a Karnos lynch after I got him to L-1 and there was an intent to hammer. All of the following players at one time expressed a desire to lynch Karnos and yet have left that wagon: PenguinPower, shannon, EchoVision, Transcend.

Transcend wagon is good, this resistance implies we hit the scum jackpot.

Karnos I could said the same thing about Echo but he was a 1-shot BP.

Or it just shows that people think he's town? Can you explain why you think resistance = scum jackpot?

I mean, there was little resistance to his wagon, and I assume he thinks he's town. So that right there should obviously skew his view here.

Let's see...I'm not voting Echo today, as a BG would be a waste of a lynch if he is in fact one. However, it could lead to him being alive late in the game ang going "Well yeah, my claim!" If this happens, he should be killed at that point because it's a very possible scum fakeclaim to explain prolonged life.
The Hamster I an leaning scum on, but I want to reexamine the slot because she is an odd one to read. Sure, she's new here, but she's clearly not new to Mafia. I am getting some Alt vibes, but it is possible she just has experience Irl and read some games first as she claimed. If this is the case though, she shouldn't be treated as a newbie and that pushes her actions into the Scum lean for me.
I stand by my earlier reads of Alisae and Transcend I don't see any scum motivation in Transcend, and Alisae is town. I'm trusting my gut this time.
BTD is probably the worst of the bunch. In his posts, he has obviously read the game, but his reactions to it are simply to push a Transcend vote. Not interact, not comment on anyone else, but to push Transcend. His attacks are weak and his wording weaker. He's nitpicking things that are explained away as simply as "my read changed over time with interactions." He is very likely to be scum.

^^Hammy you've made me go back and check out what happened there.
@Penguin if you started to town read Karnos like you said, why did you justify your unvote by saying you wanted to hammer him? More to the point, why *didn't* you hammer him once Hammy put him back at L-1?
@Transcend why the unvote? If Karnos is scum, who cares whether or not Hammy is bussing?
(All the relevant quotes in spoilers because wall)
Karnos should claim if someone intends to hammer. I understand that this setup makes it impossible to verify until the end of the game, but forcing claims could give town PRs a more solid read on the person who is forced to claim, based on whether or not such a claim is possible given what the PRs know is possible with the set-up. I'm not saying for example that if Karnos fake-claims cop and there is a real town cop in this game that they should counter-claim, but at least the cop in that situation would know 100% that Karnos is scum.

Why didn't I hammer him in the 2 minutes at 10:22pm (when I was sleeping) on Friday night? Idk....probs because I was sleeping.

Can you explain the scummy intent here? I saw that Transcend's reads swung too much, from being almost certain about Alisae to rapidly being much weaker. I thought that in that case all of his reads were actually weak rather than strong. Why am I very likely to be scum?

Transcend and Echo, will you help me lynch my partner?
I explained how I didn't like his entrance in my 507. Also, he is just surface reading the game. Also, he doesn't look to be pushing very hard to lynch his SR. Also, lots of players are voicing suspicions of him and if he is scum I bet his partner has him in as a scumread right now and I like the idea of them squirming.

That looks like just normal BTD to me.
Your read is surface level.
