This was BTW the exact thought I had for a SR of ThinkBig.In post 2619, Antihuman wrote:TB, I didn't bus you, it's astonishing you still don't get it.
I pushed you from the getgo in such an obvious way even a blind man would noticeI knew your alignment. Seriously, it didn't make you wonder that I nitpicked onevery single thingyou said? I think Dunn has recognized me as a traitor and you could've done too but instead you panicked and created a counter-push that got me lynched. I planned on unvoting you when you finally recognized me as a partner and I was very close to do that anyway when I saw it was all in vain but you re-voted me and it was all too far gone. I'm still baffled people picked me over you when your only defense was "throwing shades" the whole game, rotfl. If you got lynched instead, I would've prolly rode on towncred for a good while.
All of this could've been of course avoided if only you recruited me. Oh well. Sorry for how it turned out, I didn't wanna play it safe and boring.Wanna play Minecraft with your ms friends? Check out the minecraft thread, or the channel on discord-

Thanks for the game grapes, found it a pretty enjoyable experience and certainly found the setup intriguing. As scum I probably take 0 powers unless I have an active partner in which case I just take daytalk.
Realeo fist bump! Working together was nice.
Scum team amusingly had a higher chance of winning via shooting myself or Realeo N2 over Gamma (Especially since he didn't submit a night action albeit they couldn't have known that) as it leaves Gamma as an unclear and removes an active player. The way that D3 played out locked this as a town win.
Nydus, damn I just realised that me getting a win also means you get off 0 wins, totally not worth it; should have just troll lynched you, so many regrets.
Desperado, do apologise for the 'stupid' comment, probably was slightly too far. I was just frustrated as I went into D4 fairly certain it was TB and you flipping your read on him for the reasoning you did was just grating for me. That said a win is a win is a win. Happy to see you're still around here and funny that this was both of our first game back from a break.
@SuperFunHan
1) I normally don't intend for my big analysis posts to be 'quickly read' (I only make a few big posts like that per day phase) but didn't even consider what it'd be like reading them on a phone so absolutely will try to break them down into separate lines next time; thanks for informing me of that.
2) Main advice I can give you is that I think at times you can be a little too easily swayed/erratic with your opinion; having an open mind and considering multiple worlds is a good thing but you need to explain your changes in a little more detail otherwise people may scum read you for them. I really liked your activity and questioning of people but think you could focus slightly more on stating your town reads and explaining them.
@ThinkBig
1) I very much understand and acknowledge that keeping up the motivation to post as scum can be hard but you really have to force yourself to, if you don't you'll almost always be lynched or in the lynch pool; try and get out the gates in a comfortable position and don't get so flustered when pressured, will mean you're feeling better about the posts you make yourself.
2) You need to keep track of you reads and read changes and be able to explain them when pressured over them; inability to answer that is a generally always a solid scum tell and you had a few reads here where I think you just changed for no reason/a reason you'd forgotten.
3) Wouldn't recommend ever doing the self vote gambit that you tried here, people can see right through them most of the time and fake claims similarly need to be planned out much more.-

You're playing theIn post 2587, ThinkBig wrote:Would love some feedback on how to improve my game.ignoretactic the wrong way.
I understand that you learn theignoretactic learning from your "How to respond from being scumread", but that's not howignoreworks.
Ignoreworks by (1)you spotting fallacy at them (2)you respond to that fallacy (3)if the player doesn't climb up from his fallacy, then ignore.
Desperado, would be a fantastic target for theignorestrategy.
1. Spot fallacy to his case
2. Respond to his fallacy
3. If Desperado doesn't climb up from his fallacy (ie. I don't do with hypothetical), thenignorehim.
At this point, you would be in good position for some reason:
1. Theignoretactic assumes on someone would finally bug off, but they still need a reason to bug off. Your respond is their reason to bug off.
2. By ignoring him, you showed the distinction that "I, ThinkBig, declare Desperado as stupido." Now, you have 2 chance to be townread (1) from town townreading your action (2) from town agreeing with you that "Desperado is stupido". That should be NAI, but people hasintelligence bias
3. Theignoretactic, due tointelligence bias, when executed correctly, surprisingly appeal to thinker like regfan, almost50, MOI, me, etc
The only exception toignoretactic is it really doesn't work with an emotional player."The debate on whether short multi postings or a long wall of post is good or not is like a debate on gun control--we would never understand each other and we have to make peace with it." -Realeo

I was following this. it is nice to see that the charm I placed on Regfan a while back had such a huge effect in this game!
also I'm excited to see Desp again; it's too bad my availability is as limited as it is cuz I'd love to play with you again. :<-

It was seriously magic, this is the longest I've lived in a game as town in quite some time and allowed me to actually have enough content and info to solve it. Now you just have to find out a way to get me to experience a lylo as town, know this isn't an easy request to grant.In post 2667, pieguyn wrote:I was following this. it is nice to see that the charm I placed on Regfan a while back had such a huge effect in this game!-
