yeah I can understand people wanting that stuff, but I agree it is "watering down" games - these are closed setups, opens are a different queue

maybe a new queue should be started for partial-opens?

maybe even give a breakdown of what is acceptable numbers-wise so moderators+players know "okay if a game is 13p it will ONLY ever have 3 or 4 scum, if a game is 12p it can only ever have 3 scum, if a game is 11p it can only ever have 2-3 scum" or whatever that guideline is
