The movement's slogan is "dicks out for Harambe". The word "dick" is colloquially used as a reference to the human penis, so it is encouraging people to expose their genitals in public as a show of support. However, not everyone does this and the movement is largely seen as facetious.

Harambe was widely praised after his death, seen as a symbol for national unity, claims that he could come back from the dead, used as a symbol for politicians to send a message, ventured into philosophy and used as a rhetorical device for criticizing modern zookeeping practices.

Unattended kids shouldn't be able to get into the cage. That's on the zoo. It isn't hard to get distracted and lose sight of them.
