Ummm... telling someone to play serious when they're just joking around isn't scummy. If anything ending joke-phase early leans slightly townie, imo. The only thing I saw even possibly scummy about that post is that the phrasing 'genuine opinions' is pejorative (since it presumes non-genuine opinions), but it wasn't followed up with a credibility attack and was specifically directed at joke posting.
So yeah, doesn't seem scummy to me.
