Why would "Action resolved immediately" have anything to do with an action targeting you?

I had asked the mod if powers affecting levels would resolve immediately and he answered that my Level Up power would resolve dead last during the night. Therefore, something manipulated it.

Like Deirfire's role. Well, exactly Deirfire's role.

During the day I can target a player to make their night action take priority over all other actions.

I just don't understand why he would lie when I claimed before him that I had received that PM.

We should also claim whether or not an action effected us or not.

Because last night I got told I was targeted w/ a specific action.

My action occurs during the day but affects a night action. It should be impossible to redirect with a night action. Only an action that occurs during the day should be able to redirect me, or one that lasts more than one phase at a time.
If I wasn't redirected, I don't know how Bins should be getting that PM. There should never be two abilities with that effect.

Anyway, I'm thinking of some scenarios here given that Bitmap doesn't have a vote. If he's Town then there are only two Mafia players (else we'd have lost already). If he's Mafia then we could theoretically be in LYLO right now, although it's not clear to me at what point we'd lose given his lack of vote and, potentially, Ika's ability to decide the lynch independently.

I'm Vampire from High Rock. I gain a level after every night.

At level one, I have no penalty and am a notified visitor.
At level two, I am a miller and gain ability cop action.
At level three, I am hated and gain a jailkeep action.
At level four, I am voteless and gain a redirect and the ability to use two actions simultaneously.

During N1, I didn't do anything. During N2, I ability copped House who was a level cop (but apparently he died). Last night, I'm used my jailkeep on McMenno.

You have the ability to use two actions simultaneously. Does that mean that you have access to all of your abilities from earlier levels?
