On the basis of micro games being counted as half a game, am I still eligible to /in as a newbie?
Yep, you're allowed to /in as a newbie. The rules for determining newbie vs. SE status may change in the near future to be less complex, however.
Also, we URGENTLY need ICs right now. I have one I'm reviewing, but we have almost enough newbies for three games. If you think you can commit to playing a full game, now would be a great time to join. (We've had a problem with ICs flaking with no explanation from games recently, which sets a terrible first impression and can get you banned from ICing).

Cool, thanks. Is that "you" in a third person sense, or are you addressing me? Don't think I qualify. If not,
/in as newbie!

Yes, as the rules are currently written, you're ineligible to /in as a newbie if you've completed two newbies, but are ELIGIBLE if you've completed 2 non-newbie games. I've been ignoring this recently, however, because I'm looking to revamp them.

I can only do one new game right now but glad to help you with one.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I understood the point about /in as noob, what I meant was to ask if you were saying I was eligible as an IC, because I'm pretty sure I'm not eligible for that one!

Sorry, the "you" was talking to the thread as a whole.
The next game will start when I get home, since I need to follow up on a few things. I'm sorry for the wait!
Hi! I need a replacement for Ilhom in Newbie 1613. This is a newbie slot, so the offer is open to anyone not currently in their first game. Priority for this slot will be given to newbies. We're in Night 1, 15 pages. Please PM me if you're interested.
free stool sample, normally you're not supposed to /in as a newbie if you're an alt account, but given you were honest about it, this was so many years ago, and I can't find your original account, I'll make an exception.

Thanks Mina, I appreciate it. I'm pretty sure that account is attached to a .edu address that no longer exists - maybe that's why neither of us can find a record of it.
