Rules:
0. This is a game. Have fun. Don’t let things get personal.
1. The game will start with a Cop Head Start once all confirms are in.
2. During Day, you may vote for one player at a time. Votes must be bold or they will not be counted. Unvoting is optional.
3. Whenever a player has more than half of the people alive voting for him/her, or once 5 or less people alive, the number it would normally take to lynch +1, that player will be lynched, and his or her role will be revealed, and Night will begin.
4. If discussion lags or Day goes on for too long, a deadline may be set, most likely a retractable deadline, but if I feel it is necessary it will be non-retractable. It will take more than 1/4 all people alive, rounded up to lynch at deadline, once there are 7 players alive, whoever has the most votes, with ties going to whoever got there first will be lynched.
5. Do not talk outside the thread unless your role allows it.
6. If you’re dead, you get one ‘bah’ post with no game-related content.
7. If you have any question, complaint, or comment, PM either spectrumvoid or myself.
8. Confirm by PM.
9. Feel free to correct me if I make a mistake, but be nice about it.
10. I will try my best to get a vote count near or at the top of every page or at least every few days.
11. If you do not post for 72 hours or if a player requests I do so, I will prod you by PM, and then if you still do not post, you may be replaced or prodded again. Absences that are posted in thread, noted in your sig and/or posted in VLA are exceptions to this rule, though if I feel it is necessary, I might temporarily replace you.
12. I reserve the right to edit these rules as I see fit

You are a Cop. Each night, you may PM me the name of a player. If that player is alive, I will tell you if that player is Guilty or Innocent. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.


One person recieved:
You are a member of the Mafia. PM me the name of a player. The named player will be killed. You win when at least half of the living players are mafia, or when nothing can prevent the same.


One of cops is Sane, and therefore will always recieve accurate results, one is Insane and therefore will always recieve inaccurate results, one is Paranoid and will therefore always recieve Guilty result, one is Naive and will therefore always recieve innocent results. None of the cops know which sanity they will get.

A member of a nearby mafia has invaded a small Sicilian village full of cops, but they had been expecting it and had already began investigating before he was ready to start killing.

All choices are in, so Day 1 begins, with 5 alive it will take 3 to lynch.

Hi guys. I've not played any kind of dethy in a forum but I've played a couple of scumchat games. How are we going to do this? Do we just announce our results or pick a random order?

I'd say pick a random order.

I think a good idea would be to try to get everybody to agree on a particular time, and get everybody to try to simulpost there results at once.

If that seems impractical, somebody should break out the dice roll function and use that to pick an order. But I don't think a dice roll should be done until everybody posts.

Seems decent if we can make it work. My timezone is GMT+1. Maybe we can do it today, four of us seem to be around, we just need the last one. I'll be around for a few more hours probably.

I'm here too. I've played this game once, on Scumchat. If I remember correctly, it was quite confusing, or shall I say "frustrating", to figure out the results, but I guess maybe it was because of the pace in Scumchat.

If there is an error at that exact minute, try to refresh until your mouse almost breaks down, and your hand starts swelling, and then post as soon as possible using beastly typing speed.
