I'm confused as to whom you are asking to claim. Are you asking AC to claim? If so, what is your reasoning, usually a person only claims at lynch -1, at least that has been my experience. And those asking claims without them being at lynch-1, is generally someone role fishing...

OMG, are you asking for a replacement in all of your games? or just this one? and if it is just this game could you tell us why? Is it because of the pressure put on you?

this is the only game im playing, i generally only play 1-2 games at a time. it will likely be the last one i play on this site for at least a few months. i can explain why postgame i guess, but right now im not going to discuss it.

i have absolutely no pressure on me either so i have no clue where you could get this idea, at the time the game got reset i had absolutely noone voting for me except ac i think, and he obviously hasnt even bothered to read the game so w/e.

The one-liner posts since the server move are becoming difficult to examine. There seems to be many 'mistakes' going on – such as Elias mistaking Ancalagon for ac1983fan and unvoting Ancalagon, while then not revoting, followed by ac1983fan

unvoting Ancalagon for saying we 'didn't lose anything important' (which is unambiguously false – we lost a good deal of discussion which I thought was very important) and then being corrected.

If you read it, as most of us also did, your putting out a vibe to me that reads "im a scum that needs to nitpick exact details to get you off my back".

: Is it your opinion that X and Y are scum-partners in this situation, or are there factors you consider other that? If there are other factors, would you mind using them to explain why exactly you tried to pair Elias_the_thief and Ancalagon?

I made it quite clear Sunday evening that I would be back and talking again after I recollected my thoughts on this game in a day or so – now it is Tuesday evening, and I am true to my word. Surprisingly enough, I do have schedules and deadlines and things to do outside of playing an on-line interactive text-based game. If you are willing to vote for me on other bases of reasoning, feel free to say as much, but if that is your sole foundation it is weak indeed.

In fact, most of the people you are willing to vote do not seem to have any actual suspicions with them - this is feeling like deja vu. You are willing to vote The Shadow on the basis of him not being here, myself on the basis that I was not here to talk, and ac1983fan in order to make a wagon.

I also think it is slightly unfair to continually hold back your other reasons for voting Ancalagon. I believe we all get the point that if he told the town he was 'reading the thread', he

should

have read the thread, and at the very least, remembered some if not most of it. I

that this failure looks scummy. I

also

agree that if he cannot comment on the lost data, he should at least be commenting on what is present.

However

, nothing you say is going to magically get him to remember what was lost - so with that in mind, if you want him to respond to you any further about anything which was lost, I suggest telling him what he needs to respond to.

{On a side note, this feels to me like the second time or so that I have stepped in to intervene with something concerning Ancalagon, so I certainly hope this is not for nothing.}

You have yet to post evidence about me since the server move. I don't understand why you think I can remember everything. Even one paragraph would be enough. I've played two games where I've been lynched without any reason. I'd like a reason for your vote.

Javert, as for your three paragraphs directed at me, I find them incredibly weird. In the first, you invoke the "I've got a life" defense that you agreed looked like an appeal to emotion when kilmenator used it. Since you've made your "alt" status a matter of public (though lost in the move) record -- I think it's fair for me to ask whether or not you found yourself similarly unable to contribute to any other games you might be playing in under a different name or if this was the only one that was affected.

In the second, you seem to want to attack me for an attitude I explained to your satisfaction in the lost back-and-forth -- and you admit as much by calling it "deja vu." We both came out of it saying that we understood each other's goal, though we disagreed with our respective methods of reaching the goal. Yes, I understand that the mention of your name as someone I'm willing to vote might result in a kneejerk "HEY now" from you -- but you're back and unlikely to be voted by me today as long as you

stay

back and less scummy than, say, Ancalagon (shouldn't be hard).

In the third, you accuse me of "withholding" -- and that's just ridiculous. Let me remind you that Ancalagon has said, twice (posts 134 & 140), that he read the missing information. His insistence that it be recreated for him looks like nothing more than a peevish demand to me: "Say it again! If you don't, I can't play well!" Well, why not? Everyone else seems to be managing. And, as I said,

don't want to recreate the missing stuff, especially when no one else seemed to require it, but someone else is

welcome

to do so. But as long as Ancalagon can't even be bothered to comment on the stuff that isn't missing, why would you assume he'd be more productive if we provide him with even more to ignore?
