I wouldn't call this a bandwagon, with only two votes. It's interesting that KingPin called it as much, though I know he was following StatusQuo. Regardless, it's something to go off of.

Unvote, Vote: Kingpin.

Unvote Vote Kingpin

Interesting there is a "bandwagon" started on page two.

FoS: ShadowLurker
. That's the second time in about six posts that you have followed someone else and voted for someone with no real reasoning of your own.

Eh, I'm just FoSing because there' not much else to go on yet. I voted for much the same reason, I just prefer my vote on KingPin to a vote on Shadow at the moment. It's interesting, though, that Friday jumps from one vote to the other like that that fast.

I'm here and watching.

Shadowlurker is indeed somewhat suspicious for jumping so quickly and easily.

However, this
is
the random-vote-silly-phase that has no meaning whether one is scum or town. And friday-13th is pretty much doing the same thing that he is accusing Shadowlurker of: "jump around votes with little information." In addition, friday-13th did not point out Nai, who did more or less the same thing.

I actually had a reason, though. My first vote was random, my second vote had a real reason: Someone seemed interested in a two vote 'bandwagon'.

From what I've seen so far, Shadow is most likely scum. I know it's only been two pages but I've got a gut feeling he's gonna end up with an anti-town role. I'm not gonna vote yet though, I'd like to confirm that feeling first...

  • I apologize if I wasn't entirely clear. Your and Shadowlurker's votes have definitely been
    different
(You provided a reason, and yours was not the second vote in either case). But both were quick jumps with, technically, little information. I found it odd that friday-13th would accuse one player, and not the other, of that while doing it herself.

If I didn't want to stay with my current vote on Kingpin, mostly to see what he says, that would have warranted an OMGUS vote, Cadre, for not recognizing obvious sarcasm, AND for having one of those "my gut feelings are always right" personalities.

I almost FOS'd Friday-13th for jumping with little information but reread the thread and realized that his first vote was just a random day 1 vote to have something on here, and I dont find him suspicious anymore after re-reading it. I do feel suspicious towards Cadre. First of all, saying you don't random vote is almost silly as without random voting you have no information usually..however after thinking hard about this game setup I have come to a conclusion about this day in which would not be safe to say on day 1 I feel...as it will def. cause the town to have a disadvantage I will have to also go on my highest suspicions however whether it is right or not..it is day 1..so we will see.

Vote:ShadowLurker

If this vote turns out bad...I may have to explain my feelings about this game on day 2.

vote: sprontalic
- Post #42 - what is your reasoning behind your vote for Cadre?

FOS: KingPin
- Post #23 - if you're suspicious of Shadowlurker, why not vote for him, especially this early in the game?

FOS: Cadre
- Post #39 - for saying random voting is stupid, it's a proven, useful tool for getting the game, and more specifically, discussion started...

IGMEOY: Lucresia
playing
the part of a townie w/o revealing any thoughts

IGMEOY: ShadowLurker
- Post #21, #27 - for trying to start 2 early bandwagons w/ no information or reasoning besides bandwagonning

the above are my basic thoughts about the game so far...

Fine heres some proof to support my gut feeling, which after a dozen mafia games has only lead me to make two false accusations. It's got a rather good track record and I think I should trust it...

Things didn't get blatant until his 4th post, where he claims I must be scum for not voting and only mentioning him. While he has been vote hopping and offering no explanation as to why he is. And hasn't mentioned more than one person in any of his posts, and little more than their names. The rest of his posts are just spam, posts for the sake of posting. No helpful information, no reason, no use at all...

This is why I think he's scum, and this is why I'm gonna keep thinking he's scum until an after death role reveal proves otherwise...

@Cadre

what is your standard Method of Operation in developing this "gut feeling"? and while you claim to have only made 2 innacurate accusations, were all those accusations made at the same early stage of the game?... obviously ShadowLurker is suspicious, that's why i said i would be watching him, but i really think it's too early to make such a gung-ho claim when we are still in the tomfoolery stages of the game...

also noted is your disregard of my
FOS
... do you really think random voting is stupid, or were you just saying that to be argumentative?
