Welcome to the town of Blandville, Saskatchewan. It was once a boring, peaceful town, with a thriving vanilla ice cream factory. Now it’s a boring, not-so-peaceful town. A bunch of nameless, motiveless bad guys have suddenly invaded the town’s bland, non-descript streets, and, inexplicably, none of you are able to tell them apart from the people you’ve lived with for years. Rather than conducting a formal investigation or something, you’ve decided that the best thing to do is randomly string people up on a cliché noose on a cliché tree that stands cliché-ishly in the middle of a cliché clearing. You bland-tastic vanilla townies and your uninteresting, by-the-book cop must root out the scum and get rid of them before they can infect you with the evil flavour disease and kill you for no apparent reason. Your boring, meaningless existences depend upon it!

Rules

(stolen from Mith and modified slightly because I’m just that cool):

0. This is more than a game. Fun is not as important as winning. If things get personal, it’s your job to make them even

more

personal.
1. The game will start with Day. There will be a Pre-Game phase for confirmations only.
2. During Day, you may vote for the player you want to lynch. Votes should be in this form:

or they may not be counted. It is helpful, but not necessary, to "Unvote" when switching your vote to a different player.
3. Whenever a player has a majority in votes, that player will be lynched, his or her role will be revealed, and Night will begin.
4. If discussion lags or Day goes on for too long, a deadline may be set. The deadline will be 72 hours, which may be extended an additional 72 hours if half the living players PM the Moderator requesting an extension. If no one has reached a majority at the deadline, no one will be lynched.
5. Do not talk outside the thread unless your role allows it.
6. If you're dead, you're dead. Do not talk until the game is over; this includes talking to living players outside the thread.
7. If you have any question, complaint, or comment, PM the Moderator.
42. Only I get to post in dark blue. If you post in dark blue, you get modkilled. Or, since people would probably get mad at me for doing that, I'll just change your font colour or something.

You may talk to your partner during Night. Each Night, you (as a group) may attempt to kill someone by sending a PM to the Moderator containing the name of that player.

You win when you have eliminated the Town, or when nothing can prevent this.

Each Night, you may send a PM to the Moderator containing the name of another player. If the player is still alive at the start of Day, you will be told whether that player is Guilty or Innocent.

You win when the Mafia have been eliminated.

The seven members of Blandville walk uniformly towards the cliché clearing near the town. "The Old Clearing", old Mr. Jones used to call it, before he was executed for creativity (ironically hanged in that very clearing). The name was subsequently changed to the "The Clearing", and it has been known as such ever since.

All of you Blandvillians have discovered that the two newest members of your community (Blandvillains, if you will) are out to destroy your bland existences by bringing flavourful fun to the town. It's unclear how exactly you know this, since nothing has really happened yet, but you're certainly not going to let that stand in the way of lynching someone.

I'm not sure of any of anyone's playstyles, besides a vague idea of Spectrumvoid's... So at this point, I have no idea what would be irregular of anyone's mannerism's...
