I'm also considering whether a title is a good idea.. I rather like "mafia scum"

mlaker: how about "I'm just a stuffed dog" from viewtopic.php?t=28&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=225 Trouble in the Toybox? goes well with the Snoopy avatar...

Any ideas for what I could possibly put in my avatar?
...whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

I like it, request my title be I'm just a stuffed dog! I want to give suggestions but I needed suggestions for myself because I had no ideas for my own.

Not sure about Bloojay, but I had more than 800 useful posts on the last board and I've been playing for a year and a half. I think I deserve it.
Ever wonder why that edit button is obnoxiously placed in the center like that? Yeah, that's cause of me.. and trust me, it's better off there.

Oh, come on. At least admit my posts have
some
interesting content. And besides, playing 5-6 games at a time, post count goes up fast. :)

No deal, Stewie.
I was in 8 games at the time of the last big crash, and after having been here for 5 months at that stage, I was still only at about the 500 mark because I had only made a few frivolous posts =10%.

Once again, all this does is reinforce how utterly meaningless the post count is. No offense to anyone intended, but many of our more skilled players have rather low post counts because they don't post unless they have something truly meaningful to say... and we have others here who post every time they get a wild hair. Yes, there is spamming going on around here nowadays, but does it hurt anything or anyone? And if people want to inflate their post count by letting us all know what they had for their last meal or whatever, it doesn't really matter in the long run, does it? I say let them post how they want, and just remember that the number of posts you have is completely irrelevant to your skill at Mafia.

'Nuff said.

Ditto what Dourgrim said. Though I
would
like to point out that being a skilled player and posting every time a wild hair is encountered are not mutually exclusive traits... :|

ROFL... I certainly didn't mean to imply anything to the contrary, MeMe dear. I seem to be a bit on the unclear side as of late, aren't I? :?

Why don't we make the restriction based on games instead of postcounts?

Agreed with MeMe and Dourgrim, but it doesn't mean I have to stop making fun of them. :)

Stewie, I by all means concede that many of your posts have interesting content.

Well actually, it depends. They usually wait 'til there are a lot of people waiting for them so they don't have make one it every time someone asks.

They=Jeep

I think it's sugar and Jeep. Sugar makes the list when there are lots of people. When Jeep sees the list, he copies it into the title.

I like this idea. The number of games a person has been in tells a lot more than his/her post count. Plus, the more games a person has been in, the more likely a fun title can be thought of.

More people who agree with this?
