Somehow its just so much more enjoyable on a gut level to tell the xbox to watch TV and have it turn on the PS4 because I wired it through the TV input. I do actually use one of those between a WiiU and an old blu ray player though because I don't use them as much.

as someone who has been hyped for this game for over 2.5 years (when they announced the release date) and still has yet to play it, no amount of hype-killing will dissuade me from buying this game for $10.

also: I bought this game for $10.

Sims in general just doesn't work for me.

First I play it as intended. Then I get bored with that and become a sadistic god. Then I get homicidal. Then I'm bored again and I stop playing for the next 5 years.

I don't actually agree with the lack of trinity being a bad thing. It just wasn't that well implemented, since you couldn't tell why enemies changed who they aggroed or how to change them back to the heavy armors.

If you liked Dead Man's Switch, buy Dragonfall. DF is a significantly better play experience, and the characters on your team are all really well developed.

There are some missions toward the end that had to replay several times so I didn't lose anyone. All permadeath ally games always take me triple as long as everyone else to finish(if I finish them) because I'm a nobody left behind type of guy and I'm not very tactical and sometimes can't count damage. Overall the game had a good story and good vibe. Cause ww2 is great.

I used to really love playing tower defenses. Warcraft 3 custom games were the best for those. YouTD was one of the best games I've ever played, and it's a game within a game. What are some other good tower defenses? I've already played bloons, it's not as good as the ones I played in WC3 imo.

I finished Talos Principle today. Really cool game. I'm a bit disappointed that it's a bit difficult to know

all the places I should go back to in order to find different bits of story or endings

, but it was a heck of a lot of fun, and felt like a much deeper Portal.

finally went and played The Walking Dead Season 2

eehh it's okay.
it didn't have any of the really interesting scenarios (TWDS1 Ep2 kind of stuff) or as much weight to anything

S1: "We have to find Clementine's parents in <city name I forget>"
S2: "Uhh yeah let's just go wherever"

no central narrative at all basically
hugely rotating cast

i liked it tho, but it's like a 7/10 at best compared to the 9/10 season 1

Also The Wolf Among us was pretty good too though it dropped in quality with every successive episode
Telltale tends to do that, their games always start strong but the 4th and 5th episodes of all three series I've played have been the weakest ones
