Public Mechanic: Marriage and Children

All roles in the game are designated as either 'male' or 'female'. Most male roles have the ability to propose to another player once per day. If the proposee is female, they can accept, and if either has a particular role modifier ('childbearer'), their child (the parent will know the child's rolename but not their role) enters the game the following day, and the family becomes a neighborhood. These families have their flips delayed until the entire family is dead, at which point all of them flip. The only closed aspect is how the child's alignment is determined.

This game will start with 23 players. An unknown number of players will be added during the course of the game.

Procedural and Game-Specific

:
1. If you wish to vote for a player, please use vote tags or bold tags. That said, if you forget the tags, your vote will still count if it is clear to me that a vote was intended. No fake voting.
2. Unvoting is not required before revoting.
3. A player is considered lynched when he or she reaches a number of votes equal to half the number of living players rounded down plus one.
4. You may continue discussion in twilight before I show up and lock the thread. Do not post after I officially state that you are dead.
5. If no majority is reached by deadline there will be No Lynch.
6. Days will have a non-negotiable deadline of 2 weeks, except Day 1, which has a non-negotiable deadline of 3 weeks. I may choose to extend a deadline if there are several replacements towards the end of a day, but don't count on it.
7. Nights last 72 hours. The first 24 hours of night will be a 'twilight' period during which proposals may still be accepted, but no longer made.
8. Prods go out after 48 hours. Failure to post in a timely fashion after a prod, or accumulating a sufficient number of prods (three unless I feel extremely nice), may result in force replacement at my discretion.
9. Proposals will be handled through me. PM me if/when you wish to make a proposal.
