for kids!
Now, life is civilized. Once there was a city, barbaric in its ways. Yet, they were an empire. But even before that, they were two brothers. They fought. Remus said ow, and it all began.

so, this conversation just took place between me, and my girlfriend [YO_SEMITE_SAM_15]

GF: what is your favorite meal?
BF: why do you want to know?
GF: i'm just curious.
BF: uh-huh. no reasoning. you must be scum!
GF: well, you're dating scum
BF: you tricked me
GF: how?
BF: with your townie claim
GF: how long have you thought i'm scum?
BF: i've been on to you for a while now.
GF: and you still kissed me, and went on dates with me?
BF: it's all part of the scumhunting process.
GF: why do you think i'm scum?
BF: theres 2 of us, and im a townie with an extra vote. so, i put 2 votes on you, and now you're lynched
GF: way to go. you just lynched your girlfriend.

whenever someone says "gf" [either online, or in the meat world, although i really hate it when internet speak carries over to the meatworld] you think godfather.

worse yet, you say "gf" instead of godfather.

when you start talking about using C9 setups in meatworld games

Me: okay, so we're gonna use a C9 setup for this game
Player: you realise that "C9" has absoleutely no meaning to us, right?

ss and sam: If the mafia gets an extra vote, why did the game even go into day? Hell, with one town one scum, why didn't it just endgame?

Back when I was still playing in DSIV in GL, (I was the GF, I'm dead now) I was thinking about possible roles in the game and who the SK was. This is between classes, btw. I hear someone shout, "You're in the mafia! I know it!" I think, neither of them is scum; bandwagon! I then yell, "I'm cop and I got a guilty on you! Vote Jonathan!" Yes, I actually yelled out "vote Jonathan".

When you check mafia every 20 min to see if it's up.
When you appear on scumchat because you're so absolutely desperate and you have an exam in 6 hours.
When you repeatedly type: going to lynch.

On that note..

When this becomes part of your revision notes for a History Exam:
The Monkey Trial

In 1925, John Scopes, I biology teacher, decided to put the strictness of the ‘Bible belt’ states to the test. These were states that followed the laws of the bible and were very strict on speech and beliefs. John Scopes taught the banned theory of evolution in a biology lesson and allowed his friend to sue him.
Both sides hired top Lawyers for the trial. In the trial the arguments for the defence were proving the theory true, and discrediting the theory of creation in the bible, so as it would be seen as a good thing to teach. Arguments for the prosecution were strong, and many famous people in the area spoke up against John Scopes’ teaching the theory of Evolution.
Billy Sunday wrote:“If anyone wants to teach this, let them… but don’t expect the good people of Tennessee to pay for a professor that teaches children to forsake God!”[ /quote]

Eventually Scopes was fined $100, but to those in the defence, it was seen as a victory for free speech and free belief.

When, right after you check to see if MS is up, you check the Scummy-doo thread in GL to read what what others wrote. (despite that it's always the same;
"MS is down"
"Yeah"
"I think it's up, no wait."
"Is MS still down?"
"I think so, what do you think?")
