15) Were you a priest, pope or any of the levels inbetween?

This general is somewhat difficult to answer. Try something else instead of "levels inbetween" :).

Quailman: No idea.

Heh, I asked a question on page 2 and forgot to confirm the answer/ask a new one.
Stumper: Do you keep a .44 magnum under your pillow, and talk about it in a recent (and well known) documentary about guns and gun violence?
Cadmium wrote: Korias666: Michael Moore
See, this was intended to trick you. Michael Moore MADE the documentary, but the guy who was talking about having a .44 magnum under his pillow in the movie was Jame McVeigh, brother of Timothy McVeigh, who was convicted and executed for the famous bombing (which was also talked about in the movie.

So :P. I tricked you :P.

However, it seems everyone is on the right track, and I don't know who it is, so I'm gonna hold off the general question.
Holy crap, I forgot this site existed.

Yes, I'm Jacques de Molay, the last Grandmaster of the Knights Templar who was executed by Phillip le Belle, the father of his Godson.

So, how did you figure that out, Leo?

Well - being French helped a lot... ;)

Actually, I thought of Jacques de Molay shortly after the discussion with DP about French popes. I was looking for someone with a role in politics, and also in religion.... which led to Jacques. Great game, Cadmium - thanks !

Aha :). Well done!

At first, I wanted to use Hughes de Payens, the first Grandmaster of the Knights Templar, but I figured that would be even harder to guess.

Phillip le Belle was a bastard indeed! Thanks to him a lot of people became superstitious of friday the 13th. That's the day all the Knights Templar were arrested. I once posted something about this here (DP's reaction keeps making me laugh :)).
