Day One Dawns

In this dusty ol' mining town, it was a rough night. The sounds of sorts of activity was heard during the night.... Some heard growls, with frightful screams, while for others, the night was filled with pleasant thoughts of cornholing and debauchery. Injuns slept peacefully, trusting that the great Spirit would protect them.

But alas - not all awoke. As day dawned, and the villagers gathered in the center of the town to discuss all the strange noises, they noticed

was NOT among them!!! Frightened, they rushed to his home, and the sight they beheld was indeed fearful.



Not much of Pooky remained - His blood and flesh is pretty much all over his room, what's left of him anyway. Most of him had been torn to shreds, but his small intestine was draped artfully over the headboard of his bed. His chewed head was found in the corner, which was barely recognized as that of poor sweet Pooky.

Enraged, the town turned on itself, with accusations and challenges flying!! They decided one of their number was resposible, and would be lynched today....
