I agree that it was a mistake to mid-game Nerf scum. And absolutely the PM confusion regarding the night actions was another mistake. My point there is that RC did not step in to "help" the mafia (as Ooba and others claimed).

In general, if a mod realizes he screwed up or didn't properly balance a setup, then my take is he should just learn from it for next time. If it absolutely breaks the game (which is not relevant for the current case), then maybe fix it in a manner that minimizes changes, but at least be transparent about changes.

Btw, is there a dead QT?
