Even if Vez is power he's normally claimed it by d2. Claiming ludicrously early is entirely in-style for vezok as town. I asked at last game (lost) I played with someone who knows him better than i do and the way you know he's scum is becuase as scum he claims something ludicrous if he's scum. No problems w/vezok.

(shrug) I don't really care all that much about meta in cases of extreme anti-town behavior. Lynching people who claim VT just improves the town's odds of wining.

I really dislike trusting any kind of meta that's that specific; if he knows people think that, then he has every reason to claim VT as scum.

My normal response to people who have a habit of claiming VT on day 1 is "Lynch them every time they do until they stop doing it."

We arent policy lynching vezok for the VT claim.

Claiming like that isnt as big of a tell as my normal VT claim tell, but its a pretty good one and makes him more likely then not town. Getting a few cleared players who are "weaker" players is great, since it really causes headaches for scum trying to figure out who needs to be lynched.

Given that this game is devoid of ani, and no "rage players" its not a policy lynch game (even if there was a N0 vig vezok wouldnt be the kill)

Are there that many players that claim VT d1 under no pressure? I haven't seen it enough to develop a normal response to it.

I appreciate your point, but I'm not going to move against a guy for something he normally does as town until I see some indication that he could be scum. Yes, he could be abusing his own meta, but it's unlikely, and until we see some slight indication that he is scum, I'm taking it at face value.

I appreciate meta lynches have their place despite the fact I personally don't like them and this isn't the place for them. The argument you espoused earlier about lynching VT's increasing the towns chance of winning, to mind, sounds like bollocks in this context. What is your rationale for that position?

Also Id rather policy lynch vezok than ani any day of the week. Ani has some usefulness about him.

Also your second paragraph is shit. Its easy to adapt your normal playstyle to that when you are scum especially if your made aware of it.

@Poro - No. Ani is the single worst player that is still active on the site, and if he is not policy lynched I will replace out of any game that has him in it. I dislike playing with him to that great of an extent. The only player who is worse then him is Nat, other then that I would rather play with any player past or present that I can think of.

Also vezok kinda knows my VT tell, but he also knows thats not how its applied. He basically has just claimed VT, he plays like scum, we lynch him, he plays like town, we dont lynch him. Very simple.

Your meta seems to be well established with a few of these other players, which means you either could be playing consistently or choosing to abuse it. We have no way of knowing which is the case. Both are possible, and while that style of play is usually damaging to the town, it is starting discussion. I suppose there is some degree of merit in that.
