SC, entertain my brain - what do you think about the balance of the setup? I've heard grumblings that we may be in a mafia-heavy setup.

"Mafia-heavy" is the wrong term here: 4/18 < 25% (the mark I try to shoot for), so that's why I told farside22 to merge the two-man Mafia teams so it wouldn't be so town-favoring. However, I'm afraid that, with no kill limitations on the ninja if we have it, it is indeed leaning towards favoring Mafia.

Sotty7 said that Shattered Viewpoint "unvoted" solely because the RVS is over. I think what's running through his mind is that, if SV thinks that, he should at the very least chip in about what's going on, and preferably vote someone he thinks is scummy. SV didn't explicitly mention the RVS, but I think he's the last person that could have ended it.

Because someone else is asking the question to get an answer from that SPECIFIC person. Answering for them prevents possible scum slips if questioned scum would give a shaky answer. Now he can just say 'yeah what he said' and we're back at square one. May be used by scum to prevent insecure buddy under fire from digging his hole even deeper.

Granted in some of my games I have said I'm going to withhold my evidence for a bit before stating my reasons for voting and other such things... though after I always explained either when pressured or after I attempted (normally failed though sometimes successful) trap. Also in those games I've been town... so how's that work....

I would prefer a logic quite opposite to what you put out.

Scum play is often more careful and thought out and would spend considerably more effort analyzing their post and other people's posts.They just have more to lose.

Beefster, you've mentioned you don't get why people are voting SV, but what about it don't you get? Are people on it suspicious to you?

@SV: If avoiding questions or withholding information is silver's meta as town, it turns the action into anti-town in many cases, not scummy. If avoiding Beefster's questions is not scummy, what are you suspicious of Silver for? Silver reads newbish much more than he reads town or scum at this time to me.

1. I have only played 2 full games at this point in time.
2. I am NOT using my "meta" to defend myself... I didn't even think I had a meta.
3. Shattered Mentions my supposed meta and calls it a scummy meta.
4. All I have done is been rather surprised that it's supposedly a meta and also find it hilarious that since he's using that as a scummy meta... the one of two games that this issue was brought up was a game where I was town. (In both games I've been town).
5. Thus I am completely dumbfounded as to how the hell he can call that a scummy meta if anything.

Again I am NOT saying I always do this as town... my meta in my mind is unpredictable. Re-reading Shattered really makes me believe he is scum.

The reasons are that he mentions my "meta"... one I haven't mentioned nor claimed in this game (or any game for that matter), the only two people whom I have played with in my game and are in this game are Agar and Beefster. The only time it was mentioned that I was holding my reasons in the one game was in a game with Agar and Beefster (Agar replaced Beefster). What I want to know is how Shattered came up with said meta to begin with. (I'm getting a bit paranoid and am really believing I was mentioned in scums quicktopic before the game started... thus leading me to believe Shattered made a major scum-slip by mentioning something either Agar or Beefster mentioned in the quicktopic).
