I don't "get" the Col.Cathart lynch, I'll read back and try to comprehend. However,
Unvote; Vote: Kerristar

Everyone needs to post more. Everyone also needs to state their opinion on the massclaim, and whether or not asking for a massclaim is scummy.

This early in the game, a massclaim is a TERRIBLE idea. It just gives the scum a priority list of who to kill. Asking for it is not really scummy, since I don't see scum being dumb enough to try on D1.

Also, I agree with the reasoning for the Kerristar wagon, so

Seems like he a motive other than the town motive for not wanting a massclaim. This may be me reading into things too much but it makes sense to me at the very least.

Also, kunk isn't posting in another game as well so I don't think it's exclusively this game he's actively ignoring.

I'm going to say a massclaim on D1 is a bad idea. Nameclaim wouldn't accomplish anything. Let's bring this idea up again D3.

Inappropriate language. Let's all keep this civil.

What kind of motive?

The current case on Kerristar isn't based on inactivity, what's your point?

I do not have an ulterior motive. I have already stated my reasons for not wanting a massclaim. My question is, why does it seem I have an ulterior motive when I have said nothing that much different than the other players other than the "We don't really need more people talking about if they want/don't want a massclaim." My reason for saying this is for example: what MMM did in post 36. Seeing a rehash of reasons against a massclaim isn't really helping the town.

1. A scum motive ofc.

2. Okay, I missed Limerick's point on Kerri. xReck seems to have missed it too. And bv just looks like he's bandwagoning.

I like Limerick's point but I do not like the company the wagon has attracted :/

OK, first off, I'm not seeing how scum would be against a massclaim. Secondly, you imply that you know scum would be against a massclaim, which implies you know something we don't. Thirdly, why Doombunny9? Stating the obvious, that we're not going to massclaim, isn't scummy.

Strike three, buddy.

1. I don't know why scum would be against a massclaim either, but Doombunny seems to get really hung up on it.

2. ^^^

3. Doombunny because he seems to be overreacting to the massclaim suggestion a little much.

More votes on me would make me happy. It's a tradition, you see.

@ Parama: So, you think that Doombunny9 saying there obviously isn't going to be a massclaim D1 is more scummy than asking for a massclaim D1? Even when you yourself are against a massclaim?

I know I am against a massclaim. The way he got hung up on the massclaim is just bothering me.

Yes I am against a massclaim. I stated this and moved on. Doombunny didn't move on.

Agreed with MMMs line of thinking, but I still think that being sneaky in favor of a massclaim, ala Kerristar, is more scummy, though Para's reasoning (lack thereof) has made me more suspicious.

Especially because I don't see how a brief sentence by Doombunny implies 'getting hung up on it.'

You didn't answer my question, do you really think that Doombunny9's statement makes him more scummy than Col. Cathart and Kerristar?

Well Cathart's request for massclaim looks more like an "extreme moment of derpliness" more than an incredibly scummy thing FMPOV (I have a lot of these moments of derpliness).

I will admit that Limerick's point on Kerri is good. However I like my own theory better tbqh.

Hm... According to Urban Dictionary, Derpism is "An incredibly stupid joke in which the only laughter comes from the person who told it." Is this what you meant? The massclaim suggestion was a joke?

Some scum attack their buddies. Others cozy up to them. But I think the strongest tell is when someone tries to do neither, and ignores certain players in the game. That's the vibe I get from Parama, like he's trying to write off Col. Cathart's slip-up. He's expressing moderate suspicion of Kerristar and C.C, but isn't really confronting them. I sense a scum pairing.

Mmmk, you can continue to suspect that, since I know it's wrong. I'm more interested in lynch the scumz anyways. Not going to write an essay to defend myself from one vote.

So proposing something that greatly benefits the scum isn't scummy? That makes no sense.

Probably not all three. That's why I'm voting Parama. I think it's more likely he's paired with either the Colonel or Kerristar than the latter two paired together. That would be too obvious.
