- Choose up to three levels of spells from this list
(i.e, 1 level 3 spell, 1 level 2 spell + 1 level 1 spell, or 3 level 1 spells; cantrips count as 1/2 a spell level for the purposes of this spell)

- Target a player. For the next 200 posts, that player and all players in the same location as that player require 6 fewer votes to lynch. The number of votes required to lynch a player cannot be reduced below three by this ability

Daylight (Evocation)

Reality Reversion
- As the creator of the Mind Screw reality, you have the ability to effectively remove players from it. This allows you to make the Mafia kill. You have no kill method.
Reality Reversion Aftermath
- When you successfully perform the Mafia kill, you will learn the full role name of that player, and then the killed player will become a tree stump. The killed player will not be informed that he or she is dead, can still post in the thread, can still be targeted by abilities, and still appears on the living players list. However, that player will no longer count towards factional win conditions and any abilities he or she uses (including votes) have no effect. If a player killed via Reality Reversion would be killed by a second killing ability (including lynch), instead that player's death and alignment will be revealed (including the fact that the player had already been killed, though not the time of actual death) and the ability fails.

I Watched this game (I guess it's "bookmarked" now) when I saw that I wasn't immediately killed.
I was not disappointed.

This game definitely lived up to its name (partly intentionally) but it had a lot of interesting ideas in it.
I think it may have benefited from a memetic massclaim, i.e. matching role names to post restrictions. Role names weren't necessary correlated with abilities, but they
were
correlated with alignments.
Regardless *encouragement*

You're misinterpreting me.
Look at Tar's last few games (in the archive now I guess) and see where I ended up. When I saw I wasn't the Random Unrelated Kill I wondered if the longstanding
tsundere
war was over, so I waited to see if he just forgot to make me a pinata again. Instead something better happened.
Everything you say and do matters. People will respond in ways you may never see. May those responses be what you intend.

Sorry, I got my kill on you in just in time. I actually used the Location Change you made me do when you had me hand over the Scythe to submit a kill on you, while I was in your zone. I dunno whether that had anything to do with it, but the kill went through right on time, thank goodness.

Dry-fit had four votes (would become five if he posted at the right time), two active kills (including a reusable factional kill), and 1-shot lynch immunity.

At the time of game victory, town controlled three votes (a fourth would come online when Kairyuu rezzed at post 2300, but by that point the game should have been over).

Dry-fit could chainlynch the remaining townies and win OR kill two of them, lynch the third, and win, and town couldn't do a damn thing about it.

Ergo, Outsider victory was inevitable.

The problem was that Cobalt wasn't confirmed and he was my main person I was trying so hard to confirm. I should have read the signs that he was scum (wouldn't come into the safe zone, wouldn't pass his protection charm to Kairyuu, wouldn't PM me his role PM, etc etc.), but at that point I was still trying to rally my support and wasn't looking inside my bubble. Dammit that burns me so.

Maybe the confusion came from how the ability said it worked:
Multivote
- You gain 1 vote for each point you have, to a maximum number of votes equal to one less than the total number of votes controlled by non-Outsider players.
Maybe it was thought that "one less than total" meant that they would never have a majority, and that as fewer players remained, in turn, would cause fewer votes to be controlled.

Cause if Dry-Fit kept losing votes to keep to 1 less than majority, he would still be lynchable until the very end, where he just uses his kills.

Ah, well, it was fun being the king of bastard modding for awhile, even if just in terms of my role.

I didn't put the game back on watch after the forum transfer, so know little about the very end. I just know that I should have played better.

Oh, and I don't believe in empty threats. When I say I'm going to do something, then damn it, I'm going to do it!
