According to the rules, I should give a penalty to all players except Fish and SensFan. However, this rule was there to penalize players that couldn't find a partner, and not penalize players for activity levels.

The fact that the deadline was on a week-end, that yawetag informed me of a V/LA and that most players stated privately that they were ready to repartner makes me rule to accept animorph and chenshi choices, despite them being posted after the deadline.

Hence, teams stay unchanged. Please send your choices asap.
