Every 72 hours after the game is filled, there shall be an election in which those playing shall cast three votes for other players. They may appropriate those votes in any manner they choose, be they all for one player, one for three different players, or giving one vote to one player and two to another. They may make their votes for the then-upcoming election at any time by PMing me, and may rescind or alter their votes at any time prior to the relevant election in the same manner.

At each election, the person receiving the number of votes closest to the average number of votes received shall be eliminated from the game.
