think about what mike's motivation for posting as he did. does it benefit mike scum? does it benefit mike town? simply saying disagreement doesn't mean anything isn't good enough. everything is evidence. everything should influence your view on players. try harder and tell me again whether you think mike's post make him more likely to be scum or more likely to be town.

otoh:

mike-scum could do that to wrongly place town in suspicion early on (maybe adding a scum buddy in the suspicion to spice it up).

Mufasa certainly acted strange, but not necessarily scummy. Generally, scum try to avoid making commotion, especially at the beginning of the game. Obviously that's an assumption based off of Wifom, so it can't be counted for much.
