Where are you from?

Born and raised for the first near-sixteen years of my life in good ol' New Hampshire, currently residing in Port Orange, Florida (just below Daytona).

What is your best skill?

Reading people. Easily.

What's your best accomplishment on MafiaScum?

Meh. I'm not sure I've really accomplished much of anything, but if I had to pick one thing that stands out, it's that Lovers open where me and Adel went up against Flimsy and Sens (and won). That was intense, and probably the most satisfying conclusion to any game I've ever played in.

What is your hobby?

This pretty much is my hobby at this point. I'm trying to save up money for tennis lessons, though.

What's the most important thing in a friend?

Trust. You're not worth the effort if I can't trust you.

What's the most important thing in a co-worker?

The way things are at my job, I mostly work alone; when I do work with other people, I'd rather work with someone who thinks along the same lines as I do and/or is a good communicator.

Do you have any long-term project? Which one?

Not really at the moment; I don't have much time between work and other concerns to work on much else at the moment.

What other internet sites do you recommend us?

Not many, really. I generally do fool around on Kongregate when I get bored with what I'm doing, and I'm also a reader of The Escapist.

Best thing about being a Mafia player?

I'm not sure I can really answer this question; I really tend to be disinterested with mafia these days, so I wouldn't say I have a "best thing" about it.

Could you please tell us a joke?

You have $20k and a big house. Would you host a Meet? If yes, who would you invite first?

Probably not. If I had $20k it'd go right into my savings, being someone who's trying desperately to save money for school. If I were to host a meet, the people I would invite would be the asshats and the people that I tend to respect and get along well with (Shanba, Prozac, cow, etc), the majority of whom are unfortunately foreign. Alternatively, I'd invite people who don't get along well at all for the lulz of it.

How would your funeral be like?

I don't plan on having a big funeral. I feel that life should be celebrated, not death. On the other hand, I do want to be remembered, so I'm planning on looking into embalming and being made into a decorative coffee table to be passed down to my least favorite grandchild.

Where would you travel first with $10k USD?

I would travel to either Britain, Ireland or the Netherlands, and I would probably not want to come back.

What inspires you?

Music inspires me, people inspire me, and the simplistic beauty of nature inspires me.

What turns you down?

In what sense? If you mean what discourages me, I would have to say a feeling of a lack of progress. If you mean it in a relationship sense, I'd have to say someone with a terrible personality, regardless of how good-looking, would instantly turn me off.

What is your biggest fear?

Failure and a lack of progress.

Can you speak anything in spanish?

I'm starting to try to learn Spanish. I'm actually trying to learn 3 languages at once (French, Japanese, Spanish). My Spanish is pretty much non-existant.

What language(s) do you speak?

English, and a bit of French to the point where I can at least understand what people are saying despite being unable to really speak in French at this point.

Rum and coke, with lime.

Good, old-fashioned unpasteurized apple cider straight from the orchard. It's the one thing I miss about New Hampshire.

...food?

Deep-fried haddock. It's the one thing I continually crave down here. We used to go to this place where you'd get these two huge fillets with fries for like $8 IIRC. It was amazing.

I'm also partial to any fresh fruits or vegetables, as well as any fresh seafood. I don't mean the stuff you get from a supermarket either; if you're not getting your fish from a good, reliable fishmonger that you know is getting the stuff in fresh, it's not worth spending the money on.

...ice cream flavor?

Not much of an ice cream person, honestly. I did make this absolutely amazing white chocolate stuff before though. Gone within a couple of days.

...holiday?

Thanksgiving, if not just because of it becoming a grand celebration of hedonism.

...pet?

I have a little year-old dog that we think is part-boxer and part-terrier that was found as a stray wandering about at 7 weeks old. She's probably the best pet I've ever had. I do like cats, though, and wish I could have one; unfortunately, I still live with my parents due to being a poor "student" (and I use that term loosely) and my dad is allergic.

I'm quite partial to Daft Punk, especially their live stuff. I've also developed a massive love of Goldfrapp, specifically their two most recent albums (Supernature, Seventh Tree).

The Producers. Although the original does hold a special place amongst the film elite, I prefer the more recent musical version.

Meh. I can't honestly say I have a favorite either.

Poker, specifically Razz. I kick ass at Razz.

Honestly, this site is about my only online activity of any note these days.

The single game that I've probably sunk the most time into over all mediums would definitively be We <3 Katamari. I'm also a big fan of Transamerica and Motorchamp.

What is the secret to making the perfect boiled egg?

Not actually boiling the egg. Add your eggs to cold water, bring it to a boil, turn it off, take it off the heat, cover it and let it sit for about 8 minutes or so (12 if you want a harder yolk). Peel immediately under cold running water. It should peel rather easily and have a nice texture to it.

Basil.

Are you going to culinary school?

I'm saving money for it at this point. I'm taking a year off of school, and should start with the culinary stuff in September of next year.

It's good, but the background feels a bit more outright sad as opposed to the moroseness of the singing and it doesn't really match quite as well as it could methinks.

Unfortunately, I don't get the chance to see many plays, so I can't really give a favorite for this one.

As a quick aside, the local news came on my TV screen; the community calendar music started, and I glanced up for a second. I was horrified by the atrocity that I saw: "Romeo and Juliet (with Twilight twist)". I died inside a bit that day.

Alton Brown is by far my favorite, although I think you hit the nail on the head with the "personalities" bit; for instance, Sandra Lee can die in the most horrible way for her culinary abortions that she squeezes out on a regular basis.

But back on the subject, Robert Irvine always intrigued me if not just because he's 100% willing to be put in the most ridiculous situations possible. I'm eagerly awaiting the episode where he must fight off the zombie hordes to get his supplies.

I honestly have no clue who to put in this third spot.

What are your thoughts on Gordon Ramsey?

I feel that he's a great chef. I also feel that he's very media-savvy; he knows that the spectacle sells in America, hence Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares. Conversely, he realizes that a more human side to things works better in Britain, hence their infinitely superior version of Kitchen Nightmares.

What do you cook to impress people?

I can make a kickass chocolate mousse using just chocolate, egg whites and whipping cream. Real easy to make, too; just take your chocolate, put it in the food processor to grind it up finely. Add hot whipping cream to make a sort of ganache out of it (until smooth; should only take a small amount) fold in the egg whites (whipped to stiff peaks). Let it chill for a while to set up. Garnish with a small amount of homemade whipped cream and shaved chocolate, and if possible serve in a wine glass.

How much effort do you put in toward playing the heel on MS?

It's really pretty effortless, really.
