Read back a few pages. Farmenia, New and Old, has no Executive Branch.

*Notices you've taken so many years to build your empire the Earth's tetonic plates have shifted until Farmenia is in the sea and the hill has no-one on it.*

*pushes banana into the sea and tells him to learn how to swim...of which he fails*

I roast marshmallows over maskman, but then my marshmallow catches fire and then as a complete accident I drop it and the hill is on fire and we are as well, oh noes.

The hill eats too much chenhsi and is sick all over SC. As it's a well known fact that hill vomit is highly corrosive, SC gets burned up to a melty melty death of ouch ouch acid.
