The rest of you watch him go and then listen with morbid fascination. This time the sounds of agony that drift up to you are mercifully short lived but no less blood-curdling for all their brevity.

It isn't long after the sounds have died down before Zorblag appears again from the gloom. This time, as the Troll deposits the spent body in front of you, he says, “That no was a criminal. Him had secrets to hide but none that relate to what concerns you now. Come back tomorrow with another and Troll will examine them. For now it be time for Troll to sleep. Troll wishes all sweet dreams!”

You don’t find the Troll’s words at all reassuring and it is with great trepidation that everyone returns to their homes to pass the night in their various ways before seeing what the next morning brings.

AndyTony, a townie, is lynched day one.

It is now night one. All night actions are due by 8:00 PM EDT/5:00 PM PDT on Tuesday, March 31st. As King was being prodded when the day ended he will be replaced before the night ends if he hasn't PM'd me by the deadline. The next day will not start until a replacement has been found if this comes up to avoid any metaing of night actions based on activity/inactivity. Most of you wake up the next morning and meet in the village square to prepare for the journey back to the old mine. Slicey, however, doesn’t join you and it soon becomes apparent why. You find his finely sculpted body lying face down just a ways down the path to the mine. It seems that someone used a garrote to strangle him as there’s an ugly purple scar around his thick, muscled neck.

You always assumed that his well groomed, luxurious mustache, blue uniforms, handcuffs, perpetual Village People soundtrack and love of surveillance cameras were an indication that he had been carving out a hideously clichéd niche in the village’s gay porn industry but as you look at the badge you find in his pocket you’re forced to acknowledge that he must actually have been a cop. It seems that Zorblag was right; the mafia isn’t going to take what’s happened to Frankie lightly and unless you find them you can count on a short, paranoid rest of your life.

As a group you make your way to the mine, eyeing these people you’ve thought were your friends for years with growing suspicion. You set up camp just inside the entrance and begin the next round of accusations.

Huh...you not having anything to say or not knowing what to do in current recent events seems counterproductive to me. I feel scum lucked out with Slicey's NK. Since they knew he was not on their side, Slicey appeared very scummy putting Andy at L-1, and it was going to be a smart decision in killing Slicey because he would probably have a legitimate defense because he was a macho cop. I'm sure the scum didnt know he was a cop, but the fact that they knew he was a pro town person gave them all the more reason to NK him and go into the next day throwing the town for a loop...possibly incriminating Charter, for instance.

That's what I think. Maybe you have more to offer than lurk.
