The purpose of this thread is to get all the necessary city functions figured out and assigned to areas of the city for map-making. Here's what exists so far (in no particular order, so excuse any confusion):

That's basically a list of everything that's down so far, or that I know is planned (or in some cases, think should be planned). Most of the flavour/storyline stuff isn't important to get down (unless someone really has something they want to see, and that can be added in later). The most important stuff is in the utility section -- identifying things that still need to be added, putting them into districts of the city, and then working from there.

Graveyards
Employment bureaus
Government Hospitals (1 in each commoner district, 1 in the docks)
Zeppelin stations?
Public Baths (also useful to put out fires)
Auction house (merchant districts)
There should be different types of courts for different types of cases.
Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.
Graveyard is definitely missing. (Well, there's a mausoleum in the Passani Quarter, but otherwise nothing as of yet.)
We're still more in line with traditional fantasy here, so probably not with the zeppelins.
Hospital is possible, unless we want to go with a more disaggregated way of doing things (physicians with private practices).
I suppose guild administration could also help with employment? We're still in an old enough system that most people are probably getting work through apprenticeships. Family business sort of thing.
I could see public baths.
Keep in mind that some of this stuff doesn't require a specialized building. It's fine for a mod to just declare a building in a certain area just happens to be a famous restaurant, or whatever.
