You were an impenetrable barrier to getting scum lynched. The town killed you because it had to.

Your claim was by no means confirmed town. The fact that you SURVIVED so long without getting shot in the face strongly suggested that no town vig was able to kill you: x-shot bulletproof scum, jailkept scum, whatever. Scum had no reason to nightkill your so-called "confirmed town" ass because your reads were awful and aligned with their interests.

Use this game as a learning exercise instead of qqing.
So high, so low, so many things to know.

No, umbrage, my dear, there are times when the optimal play is to lynch a townie. This was indeed one of them.

Oh, are we reliving what a beautiful glory lynching umbrage this game was?
I have never enjoyed pushing a lynch more. it was sweet, it was golden, it was me and Fate and Nuwen and Spy and Ray and there weren't any brakes on you. People tried hard to fight it, but soon the entire town started holding hands and we threw you into the river.

And then the river vanished, you got two nights in a row, and I got bragging rights over your sorry ass.

You don't have bragging rights because you accomplished nothing. You're bragging that the rest of your team was able to win in spite of being associated with you. Congrats, you weren't terminal.

If I had let the town assume Pine was DGB's "mason" buddy, you probably would have lost, Umbrage.

And for that matter, if DGB hadn't checked out after the crash, it might have been a whole different ballgame.

Ah well, town did good.

People, please. Bury the hatchet for now and dig it up if you have to if you're in another game together.

I have no hatchet to bury with Ythan. He seems to have taken offense to me and has been following me ever since, I don't know why. He's there every time I turn around. I've tried to ignore and make light of it, but this is getting out of hand. I've never done anything to him, I don't know why he thinks it's OK to stalk me like this.
