your example and his aren't even applicable. its assuming that there is no information out there, that you didn't get any sort of power tell or claim from any player, that your entire team played the day perfectly and arent under suspicion from anyone, and there are no better wifom solutions to mess with town. To make your example fit his, it'd be the equivalent of playing a person 1000x better than you who just thrashes you every time and you don't know how you even lost.

...no. That is not what I meant to imply. My example implied the possibility of me winning the scenario.

There's no situation like the one you are describing in mafia, Hrezs. This is a game of writing, and people. Being thrashed by someone 1000x times better than me would be an incredible experience in mafia. Can you imagine how kickass their writing would have to be? It'd be worth it just to be able to read the game over and over again after.

Listen people, this is a
website
. How good your record or your reputation is on this site is of zero consequence to anything outside of playing this game. I play mafia here because it's the most amazing game I've ever played; the amount of depth and strategic complexity that emerges in these threads is incredible. If I ever have the opportunity to play with someone who is literally three or four times as good as me, then there is no fucking
way
I'm going to night kill them N1.

Maybe N2.

It isn't about the reputation or the recrod for me, but as I said I see it as a race, can I be caught before the town catch me. NKing the best player (If that is appropriate) is part of the game for me. But each to their own.

My general policy is to NK PRs first, lurkers second, annoying people third, and good scumhunters dead last. If I win I want to win big.

Either you win or you lose. there is no degree of victory in my opinion.

For me, it would go PR-Scumhunters-lurkers-annonying people-stupid town.

Of course there is a degree of victory, it's human nature. If you were playing a video game and you cheated like hell would you feel particularly satisfied with yourself? What if you set it on super easy? It works the same way. I like to play mafia on high difficulty.

As I say I get it, and am no longer annoyed (in case I give the wrong impression) I for a moment thought you had thrown all chance of winning by just trying to outlive abob. I stand corrected.

If it is NB you are talking to solely now I apologise and don't minde me.
