I wonder if coast will survive demotion in their current form. At the very least there's one high profile top lane vacancy with Nien stepping down, and there are a number of teams for whom zionspartan would be a step up. Shiphtur too could conceivably be lured away, and then the rest of Coast does not look like a team with anything really going for them.

ZionSpartan isn't a good fit CLG, I don't think. CLG picked up Nien with the intent of him being a supportive toplaner for Link and Doublelift, whereas Zion would be another carry.

He could conceivably go to Curse or Dig, though.

Neither Curse nor Dignitas are in the market for a top laner. Quas has been a bright spot in an otherwise-mediocre split for Curse, and Cruzer fits Dig better.
If anything, I could see Dig snatching up Shiphtur to replace the probably-going-back-into-retirement-Scarra. It gives them two carries (QT/Shiphtur) and lets Cruzer continue doing his toplane thing.
