The wording of being able to say if someone is protown or not tells me there are other non-town type roles in this game besides mafia. Possibly a miller-if that's normal I don't know or maybe a SK.

My understanding of the SK is that in order to be able to investigate there you have to be an FBI Agent.

Anyway, I have to re-read a few things now to see where I want to move my vote.

No, didn't want to breadcrumb so early on Day 1. My hope was to sail under the radar for a couple days, avoid being nightkilled, and hopefully get some results that would be useful to the town and I didn't want to risk being spotted by scum and nightkilled before I had a chance to do anything. Obviously, that did not go according to plan.

I'm new to this site. First time I'm playing a Large Normal I get a scum role. It's pregame and I'm chatting to my scumbuddies in the QT when all of a sudden the QT gets locked because Day1 begins. And I'm like .. hmm that's a little odd. So I browse the wiki and turns out scum need an encryptor to daytalk which we don't have.

The game goes swell for quite a while, I'm just coasting voting some lurkers and propagating the fluff. But then I get ran up by this naked jogger dude who's obviously this godlike stud I can't hope to get with unless I play my cards perfectly. I'll play hard to get or else he'll think I'm a slut, but anyway. I began writing this big ass post consisting of a useless resume because I had to be careful not to actually say anything that can be used against me when all of a sudden I remembered the encryptor. I realized I could use it to fake a townslip and hide it in my huge ass post to make it look natural. A little this and that, acting clumsy and voila.. ready to submit. 7 minutes later:

It isn't just the talk of the encryptor but just the general talk of not knowing how scum communicate at all or when and not knowing anything about number of scum, etc. If elusive wasn't new, I would say it was faking townslips, because we all know experienced scum players can do that. It isn't a free townread for the rest of the game. If elusive does something scummy still, it can be considered but elusive isn't my top choice for a lynch today.

That could be said about a lot of players, though. Jared, Grib, Boon who openly admits it. Etc.

I need to re-evaluate. I wouldn't mind seeing Boon or Dragon hang today, to be honest.
