Baezu didn't say how many shots of lynchproof she had.
Maybe that's the way out.
It's always the same. When you fire that first shot, no matter how right you feel, you have no idea who's going to die. You don't know whose children are going to scream and burn. How many hearts will be broken. How many lives shattered. How much blood will spill, until everybody does what they're always going to have to do from the very beginning... SIT DOWN AND TALK!

Nah, I'll just end it. I wanted to see how Baezu reacted but it seems like she may have flaked
If you guys actually managed to roleswap in your second post each then, uh, well done.

Lol. Setup was cute but Baezu should have been Informed about the flagbearer situation so she couldn't slip like she did.

The setup error was making both townies 1-shot lynchproof rather than Day 1 lynchproof.
Originally, I was gonna do 2x 1-shot lproof townie versus 1x mafia goon (good thing I didn't as that would be broken), but that had a high town EV (67% by my calculations although it's actually 100% for obvious reasons).
So to even up the EV a bit (I didn't do the math here), I gave town a flagbearer and mafia a vengeful shot.

Idk what town wincon was but my wincon was specifically to vengekill the flagbearer. The way it was worded, I actually couldn't win any other way. I almost asked about it but then I decided I'd probably figure it out myself, which I did

I mean the EV of this game was exactly 50%. The only way it ends is with the scum getting lynched, and assuming random actions their odds of hitting the flagbearer are 50%. That said, with the setup being closed town's EV is going to be less than that because neither townie knows what's going on but the scum does.

I get why you made him vengeful but like before he made the kill didn't the town achieve their wincon as only townies remained alive? I don't get why the vengekill resolves first?
W/e though not like it really matters. well done SS.
No matter what happens, I'll be right there with you.

I mean, Ausuka right off the bat claimed it, so I don't think things really would've changed here. But you do raise a good point.

If Baezu had also claimed flagbearer, I could have thought one of them was informed, kinda like AITP.

I guess moderator ruling applies here?
It's kinda the reverse of vengeful mafia where even if town is lynched such that mafia achieve parity, the vengekill from town takes precedences.

Probably a poor writing of the town wincon then, town's wincon should probably have been "ensure that all anti-town factions fail to achieve their wincon" but that also indicates that something's up.
This was closer to AITP than mafia, and in AITP the assassin gets a post-mortem vengekill and they still win if they hit it, so I understand why he did that.

SOrry for the lack of clarity about what win conditions were. I didn't bother writing them up (even though I knew mentally what they were), but it seems like I should've taken the time to do that.
