As the sun barely begins to set, the town seems content with the choices they've made so far.
"He has to be part of the mafia, I know it!"
"But are you sure? It's early in the day still, we have so much time to discuss this"
"No, I agree with him too. Hang him!"
An ever growing crowd started to form around the one accused.
"Let me explain, I'm innocent, I promise!" he exclaimed as he stepped backwards, trying to escape his fate"
But that wasn't going to happen, as three more people started to surround him from the back as well. He was trapped.
It wasn't much longer before he couldn't escape, and he got down on his knees, begging for forgiveness.
The town wasn't going to have that. They quickly tied him up and without further questions, ended his life.

The question was though, who was he? Virtually unknown, the town tore through his personal items. Among them, he had nothing regarding evidence of any interaction, any attacks on the town so far. But he was planning to. A gun hidden on his leg, and notes of people with who to kill - it seemed like a list of the team that was harassing the town and started this massacre. However, the list was illegible, but one thing was certain. He was scum.

As morning rises, the town hears a pair of screams from opposite sides. Alert and awaken, they sprint over where they find the first body. And it's not pretty.

Shattered Viewpoint, Tracker, Killed Night 1

But it's not all bad news, because as the down solumnly makes their way across to the other scream, they discover a series of correspondences discussing plans to take over the town.

I am Innocent, Mafia Goon, Killed Night 1.

It is now Day 2. With 14 alive, it takes 8 to lynch.

At first, I would say it wasn't a scum slip because scum would know who they killed. But, you read the death scene because you knew who the mafia killed was a tracker.

It seems to me like the scum was going to kill MoI and at the last minute, changed to SV.

17 player game, 2 scum down, most likely 2 scum left. i'm calling salamence and empking right now, with more certainty on empking. he entirely ignored the already burgeoning prescending wagon on his entry to the game yesterday and instead spent his time undermining other people's townreads and uselessly sparring with now confirmed town ve. his vote on me looks like it was preplanned overnight.
there are good reasons to think sal is scum (including pres chainsaw defending him by voting me for my vote on him) but he also kept his vote on and called for a pres lynch at l-1 when he could have just as easily derailed the wagon, thus my higher certainty on emp.

vote: empking

will switch to sal if its the will of the mob

viscera, nhammen and mcqueen should basically be considered confirmed town. moi too if sal flips scum.

@emp, what about his interaction with me don't you like, specifically, and what about the vc is eyebrow raising, specifically.
