One, that conversation should never have even been thought of, and two the idea with in its self is scummy. Also the only thing that could come over that conversation is either an outed PR or nothing so there are no pro-town reasons for bringing it up.

That way we get two Confirmed Towns. (I personally think It was "drmyshotty" who got shot by mafia but was protected given the slip of mouth from the TOP 2 Scum candidates. There are more reasons why drmyshotty is to be considered as an easy target at night but I will tap into that later)

Doctor Obviously protected Powerrox as I see him still alive at Day 1.

The reason why drmyshotty is easily the target of NK is because No-One likes him (I seriously think he is quite mistaken person in this site).
That includes the Mafia. They would think it would be amusing if drmyshotty was NKed and didn't even do anything in this game (pretty sure our Mod would feel the same way).
However, Kudos to the Doc who saw through this (I may be completely off track and it wud be much better if I wait for the further claims but oh well) and saved a Town at N0.
